The Mezzanine Sleepover

This week, the M9S team talk at length about the Olympics before they review World Championship Wrestling's New Blood Rising Pay Per View. This was a TERRIBLE wrestling show from the dying days of the company in 2000. It was tough to watch, but fun to talk about.

It's pretty simple this week, as your Sleepover pals review the 1989 Tim Burton film Batman. They may also talk about the Olympics a bit, but really this show is all about the Caped Crusader.

Your pals kicks things off by crowning the winner of the Winnipeg's Top Street Tournament, then they rant for a bit about stupidity on Twitter, and then finish by discussing some more pro wrestling. This week, they watched a Coliseum Home Video release from 1993, which is all kinds of awful.

There is a lot to cover on this week's show. First, Sliiiiip and MEGAMIXDOTCOM give an update on the Winnipeg's Top Street Tournament, then they chat about sports media and some truly awful sports fans. All this and then they present the 4th installment of the enormously popular Wildcard Music Challenge. What a deal!

Royal Rumble season is here again, and with it the M9S crew sit down to review the 1994 edition of the titular event. This show was terrible, yet memorable - mostly for the Undertaker’s odd Zombie Jesus act. You also get the latest update in the Winnipeg's Top Street Tournament and the pals will set up the Division Finals, whatever that means.

First off, the pals take care of business with the latest update in the Winnipeg's Top Streets Tournament. They go over the Round 2 matchups, and set up Round 3. Then they talk about a particularly goofy episode of the He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe cartoon.

The tournament to crown Winnipeg's Top Street continues to roll along. The first round is over, so now it's time for Round 2. Friend of the show winnipegMACK hops on the cast as they review the results and set up the matchups for the 32 remaining streets. Riveting!
