Judging people is one of the easiest things to do… and one of the most damaging.
None of us is perfect, so why do we act like we are?
In today’s world, people are constantly judged for how they look, think, live, or heal. But the truth is simple: everyone is fighting a silent battle, and everyone is a work in progress.
Judging others, especially for validation or to feel superior doesn’t make us better. If anything, it only exposes what we still need to unlearn. It’s a new year biko… let’s do better.
I’m not perfect either, and that’s the point. Growth is a journey, not a destination. In this episode, I talk about judgment, self-awareness, and choosing empathy over criticism.
