Brian Killoran, CEO of the Immigrant Council of Ireland says that while yesterday's horrific discovery in Essex of 39 bodies in a lorry is hugely tragic, it is not the first time that we've heard stories like this and unfortunately it won't be the last until proper measures are taken to really tackle the human trafficking trade.
