Sinn Fein Spokesperson on Health Deputy Louise O Reilly welcomes the apology due to be delivered in the Dáil today by the Taoiseach and says while it can never change what they've gone through and continue to go through, hopefully they will see it as an acknowledgement by Government of where they failed the women and their families.
