Vietnam war was an ugly conflict that left many families, veteran service members and innocence left in its wake. To the tune of over 3.8 million souls lost over a 20-year span. In the midst of all these lives being lost there was still life being created. On this episode we have a guest that was conceived during war time and birthed just on the conclusion of war when tension and mayhem was still high.  Carried in infancy through sands still wet from bloodshed. This intriguing coming of age story is one worth hearing. https://youtu.be/H7ooZ7ls_Oo?si=AXP-CbUMJ54chF0X

Victor Lustig was possibly the greatest conman there ever was. So bold and daring that he would pull off the biggest con known to man. He was a man so clever that he not only sold the Eiffel Tower, but he managed to do it twice.
From early and more humble beginnings of being a regular pick pocket thief to the smooth criminal in the confidence schemes. Count Victor Lustig had so many identities that it's hard to believe what stories are true, if any are true, or if all hold some truths to the man that he truly was.
