This week's podcast features the singing debut of Rev, Glenn, and Migs...wearing the mouth piece for that game "Speak Out". We get inspired by those new KISW "Sedated" T-Shirts. We also chat with Billy from Mary Mart, a recreational pot shop in Tacoma (Billy joins us at about 27 minutes in). Glenn & Steve give an update to their new band that features JT Phillips of Klover Jane and Jeff Rouse of Duff McKagan's Loaded and The Guessing Game. We also chat with Shaun Morgan of Seether (the interview is at the one hour 57 minute mark). Seether's new record, "Poison The Parish", is in stores on May 12th.

This week we welcome our buds in Superfekta in studio. They have a show on 2/25 at Tony V's in Everett. They performed a few songs acoustic, including backing Migs as he made good with his bet with his buds on the Jobbing Out podcast (singing Madonna's Like A Prayer). We also catch up with Thee Ted Smith, and recap Glenn Cannon's show with his Blues Trio. Also...Migs had a chat with Robert Trujillo of Metallica...hear the full unedited conversation starting at 1 hour 35 minutes in.
This week Glenn is out sick, so our bud Wyatt Olney (from Wyatt Olney & The Wreckage) joined us. We chatted with local wrestler, Mr. Fitness...as he was on WWE's Monday Night Raw last night vs Braun Strowman! Also, Red The Stripper came in...and she brought the Neon Wand!
Mr. Fitness joins us at around 4 minutes in.
Red The Stripper pops on at 1 hour 6 minutes in.

big thanks to Wyatt Olney & The Wreckage for joining us to premiere their new song, "Off The Wagon"...but before we get to the song, we have to dissect the music of Limp Bizkit. While on the cast, their drummer Rob tells a crazy story involving a band that they opened up for, while feeding us with his lady's peanut butter cookies! Steve re-caps his experience at Defy Wrestling, and there is a cameo from Thrill (from The Mens Room) that will leave you in tears!
This week the fellas start off with Steve explaining why he is a moron when it comes to his car "issue" this morning. Glenn shares an incredible story of being a man that will take the boots off of his own feet, and teaches us a valuable lesson when driving in the snow: "momentum is the key to not getting stuck". Steve share a way he was able to get out of a rut: by watching bands do terrible covers. We also ask of you to come up with a new description for our show. Email your short (2 to 4 sentences) descripton to us: [email protected] or text/voicemail it: 253-271-4787

This week we are all back in the studio together, and we have our bud Red The Stripper joining us. Red has an insane story from last night where the cops were called on her at the club! We also learn about what a neon wand is, and we start our own rap group!
WARNING (Haha): If you are not a wrestling fan, this episode might not be up your alley...as we get super nerdy about the world of sports entertainment!

This week is a special edition of the Migs Cast. We are on vacation, so Steve... through the miracle of technology... dialed up Glenn & The Rev to catch up. Glenn recaps Windowpane's concert in Everett, as well as being a part of an incredible tribute at Slims Last Chance (for their friend Joel, who passed away). Rev gives us the scoop on Ge2, and how his cat, "Damnit Carl Get In The House", is now Reddit famous. Glenn also shares a crazy experience while traveling through Pittsburgh that involved the TSA. Migs had a chance to chat with wrestling legend, Rey Mysterio. Rey calls Steve's house to chat about Lucha Underground (Wednesday nights at 5pm on the El Rey Network). The interview with Rey begins at around the 43 minute mark.
