  • We Hit 7 of 9 Legs Last Week. Here's Our 8-Leg College Football Week 6 Parlay

Seven of nine legs hit last week. Mike Wade, Darren Steadman and Mark Franzen go back to the window and build an 8-leg college football parlay for Week 6.

We tour the Week 6 slate game by game and decide what makes the ticket and what we won't touch. Texas vs Oklahoma at the Cotton Bowl? Stay away. Georgia at Alabama, Indiana at Nebraska, USC at Penn State, and Big 12 After Dark with Kansas at Utah all get a verdict. Then it's the homer games: Virginia Tech at Cal, Tennessee at Arkansas, LSU at Kentucky, Syracuse at Virginia and Iowa's Friday-night trip to Washington. We close with North Dakota State at UNLV and JMU at Georgia Southern.

THE MIKE BLITZ PARLAY (lines as discussed on air Tuesday, Oct. 6; lines move)
    1. Georgia at Alabama: Under 52.5
    2. Indiana -7.5 at Nebraska
    3. Missouri -3.5 vs Texas A&M
    4. USC at Penn State: Under 54.5
    5. Utah -13.5 vs Kansas (alt line)
    6. Oklahoma State -9.5 vs UCF
    7. Ole Miss -9.5 at Vanderbilt (alt line)
    8. Tennessee -13.5 at Arkansas

  • S6E10: Four Quarters of Week 3 Takeaways + Quick Six Week 4 Picks

Season 6, Episode 10 of The Mike Blitz. This week the show tries a new format. Mike Wade, Mark Franzen, and Darren Steadman each bring four things they learned from Week 3, played over four quarters, with each quarter's take stronger than the last.

First half: The middle of the ACC keeps beating itself with penalties. Virginia Tech sits atop the Commonwealth's pecking order, with JMU coming off a road win at San Diego State. West Virginia is fun to watch again. Grunkemeyer is playing like an NFL quarterback. UVA can't stretch the field. Darren also says goodbye to his reliable under bets on Iowa, Michigan, and Auburn.

Second half: Louisville gets penciled into the ACC Championship Game. The case for a quarterback winning the Heisman grows with Kamario Taylor and Keelon Russell. Texas Tech gets called fool's gold. The SEC makes its case for six playoff teams. Miami gets labeled a three-quarter team. And Mike Wade, fresh off Ole Miss beating his LSU Tigers, crowns Trinidad Chambliss the best quarterback in college football.

Then the Quick Six. Darren recaps last week's results and sets six questions for Week 4: Texas at Tennessee, Iowa vs. Michigan, Ole Miss at Florida, Georgia vs. Oklahoma, Oregon at USC, and the race for the FBS receiving yards lead.

Think we got it wrong? Cast your own Quick Six picks in the Discord.
