Rocco DiPietro is a Senior Loan Officer on Mike Comerford's team at Premier Mortgage Lending. Growing up the son of a very successful developer and top-producing real estate agent in Windham NH, Rocco had an important decision to either follow in one of his successful parents footsteps or to create his own career path.  As he was finishing up college Rocco met Mike and interned for Mike's business learning a little about the mortgage industry. It was shortly after the internship when he decided to get licensed and he joined Mike's team as a Loan Officer after he graduated from UNH. Peter Brown is a competive CrossFit athlete who used fitness & the right support to completely transform his body & his life from drugs & alcohol to a healthy & fit lifestyle. He has now been clean and sober for over 13 years. Peter just took 1st place in the RX division CrossFit masters fitness collective and he is working everyday towards his goal to one day make the CrossFit games. This is a super inspiring episode, it goes to show that anything is possible with commitment & consistency.

Bill graduated from Pinkerton Academy in 1994 and continued his education at The University of New Hampshire in Durham, where he graduated with two degrees. With a passion for Real Estate, Bill got Licensed in New Hampshire & Massachusetts, specializing in residential real estate helping buyers and sellers. Boasting a 13-year career with Keller Williams Realty, Bill is an award-winning top agent in NH.  Over his career, he was awarded the Double Golden Medallion Award, multiple times from Keller Williams for his stellar performance in sales volume. In 2021 Bill formed the BurkeLord Real Estate Team with partner Jennifer Lord.
