Vienne Cheung Brown is an entrepreneur and independent professional. Throughout her career, her passion has been to see products come to life, from concept to market. She has served a variety of clients, from international corporations, to startups, to nonprofit organizations, focusing on marketing and product management. Her personal interests include fashion and automobiles. Originally from Hong Kong, she moved to Boston at a young age. She attended UMass Boston for her undergrad and got her MBA at Bentley University. After a couple years of a successful career in high tech, Vienne followed her passion for fashion, travel and fine hosiery. She founded VienneMilano in 2011 as she could not find thigh highs that would stay up on my leg (in the US) and can be worn for every occasion. Today, Vienne’s collection consists of various colors, patterns, and texture - some of which are eco-friendly. Our size ranges from small to 3XL.

Eric Spofford is a recovered drug addict turned entrepreneur. At the age of 22 after 7 years of addiction he changed his life completely. Today, Eric is the CEO of Spofford Enterprises where he focuses on venture capital investments, real estate development, asset-based lending, entrepreneurial coaching, and continuing his advocacy and philanthropic efforts for people affected by addiction and their children.

Some examples of Eric’s entrepreneurial accomplishments include founding one of the largest addiction treatment businesses on the east coast, multimillion-dollar real estate development projects and is an angel investor in many companies. Born in the Dominican Republic, his family moved to the US when he was 2 years old. He Graduated from Salem High School and then went on to obtaining a Communications Degree from Endicott College in 1998. During his sophomore year Santi started out at Jamn 94.5 as an un-paid intern. In 2003 he was hired on as an associate producer, then in 2007 was promoted to executive producer of the morning show. Some time later in 2015 Santi was let go from the radio show, and went on to work at another radio station. Now, he is back on the Jamn 94.5 team quoted saying “ I’m back where I belong! Sometimes a break in a relationship turns out to be the best thing for it.” Outside of radio, Santi is a father to 4 children, an avid marathon runner and has completed both the New York City Marathon and Chicago Marathon. In 2010 Santi accomplished one of his childhood dreams by opening his own clothing brand called Modus Collection Clothing, a mens and women’s clothing line based on his love for playing the game of chess. Not to forget Santi is the Founder of Silo Space Media that specializes in social media consulting, digital marketing, events and promotion. He is a beloved Bostonian even named one of Stuff’s Bostons sexiest Bostonians in 2012 described as “ a lineup of lovely, lust-worthy locals who represent a broad range of sexy styles”. In this episode Mike & Santi talk about his stellar career at Boston’s hit hip hop station JAM’N 94.5. They also talk about mental health and importance of the practice of mindfulness, handling adversity, and the importance family-life. Santi says the key to success is to be yourself!

Noelle Lambert is a para-athlete and founder of The Born to Run Foundation. Noelle lost her left leg in a moped accident in 2016 during a summer trip to Martha’s Vineyard. At the time, she was a student at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and played Division 1 lacrosse on UMass Lowell’s women’s lacrosse team, the Riverhawks. During the rehabilitation from her injury, she learned that many young amputees do not have the financial resources to obtain specialty prostheses, otherwise known as artificial limbs that promote running, swimming or other sports. As an amputee-athlete. If you want to find out more about The Born to Run Foundation, Click here. Noelle was determined to help other young amputees lead fulfilling and active lives. This led to her starting the Foundation to provide athletic prostheses to young amputees. Noelle also returned to UMass Lowell and rejoined the Riverhawks, scoring a goal on her first game back with the team.

After graduating cum laude from UMass Lowell in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Noelle was determined to continue using her athletic abilities and tried out for the U.S. Paralympic team to compete in the 100-meter in Track and Field, a sport in which she had never competed. In the fall of 2019, Noelle made the team and broke the U.S. women’s record at the World Para Athletics Championship in Dubai. Noelle took the Tokyo Paralympic Games by storm. 

Running in the T63 category — a classification based on the athletes’ level of impairment that featured above-knee amputees — Lambert finished in sixth place Saturday morning with a time of 15.97 seconds. That set a U.S. women’s record in the 100-meter T-63.

Noelle says her accident is the best thing that ever happened to her as she is able to help others by sharing her experience. She is determined to spread the message of hope, determination and perseverance through The Born to Run Foundation and through speaking opportunities.

Noelle is a recipient of the Myra Kraft Community MVP Award, the Wilma Rudolph Student Athlete Achievement Award, the New England Women’s Leadership Award by the Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester, Mass., and was honored by the Boston Celtics as a “Hero Among Us” for her commitment to helping others. Noelle resides in Manchester, New Hampshire.

They talk about the significant cost of specialized prosthetics and her mission to help with The Born To Run Foundation Inc. Noelle also talks about her transitions from Lacrosse to Running and her experience competing at the 2021 Summer Olympics.
