Chris Groshong was born and raised in the East Bay Area of Northern California. He watched the internet blossom around him in that area was near Silicon Valley. He loved the diversity of his community growing up. He was a minority where he grew up. He graduated from high school, attended the local community college in Hayward and then attended University of California, Davis. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Genetics. More about Chris: ” As President of San Diego based CoinStructive, Inc., a Bitcoin & Blockchain Continuing Education & Consulting firm established in 2015, Chris’ focus on education has helped empower founders, entrepreneurs, executive teams and policy makers to make well informed and confident decisions.
Chris has worked for clients as a Blockchain Supply Chain Project Manager and was brought in to advise from a technical perspective on the development of the project. He has been responsible for developing and maintaining relations with technical development partners, as it relates to the supply chain, UX/UI, and other relevant matters regarding the project ecosystem. He has also leveraged his network to introduce vetted projects to the industry. He has overseen management of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness while bringing focus to the brand identity so it resonates with identifiable target markets.

Fidencio Reyna was born in Alice, Texas and his family moved to El Paso when he was eleven years old. He enjoyed playing outside and he loved the small town feel of his area. He attended High School in El Paso. He loved playing football growing up. He decided to join the United States Marine Corps once he graduated high school. He was assigned to be a part of the Military Police and he enjoyed it. He was deployed to the San Diego area and he decided to stay in Oceanside, California. Megan Johnson McCullough was born and raised in Oceanside, California. She enjoyed playing outside, the beach and various sports. She especially enjoyed playing basketball growing up. Her father was a legendary basketball coach and she enjoyed working with him to constantly improve. She grew up to attend college, graduate and earn her teaching credential. She found a clinic that had been in business for a number of years and she purchased it. She now helps others improve their lives through diet and exercise. She also helps others battle addiction and learn the life skills they need to succeed in life. In her spare time she has become a natural professional bodybuilder! October 02, 2024 Former Addict Commits Her Life To Helping Others Make Lasting Improvements To Their Lives!
Regina Stone was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was raised by a single mom who had five kids. She enjoyed spending her childhood playing outside with her friends. She had a friend growing up whose father was a role model for her. He was a drug dealer and she wanted to be like him. When she was sixteen, her mom sent her to live with guardians. She moved out at seventeen and lived on her own. She had her own drug dealing business that was vibrant at the time. She lived in Knoxville until she was 21. She was very addicted by the age of 21. She ended up flying out to California for drug treatment. The adventures started from there and that was ten years ago. This was quite a series of challenges that she had to overcome. She had to learn how to adapt and overcome. She eventually did discover how to do just that. She learned a great deal about how she needed to take care of herself. As she learned more over time she discovered that she could help others change their lives for the long term. What a story! Regina founded a training facility known as Stone Impact and she was off and running! More about Stone Impact: “Stone Impact is a fitness studio that started in a garage during the COVID-19 pandemic. We wanted to expand our outreach to the community and build something even greater so we decided to launch a fitness studio to house more of our community! We focus on diversity so that each person can find a perfect fit for them! We are a class based gym that offers 1 on 1 personal training as well! We are excited to impact more lives along the way and helping them to reach their personal fitness goals!”

October 01, 2024 Former Addict Turned Author Dedicates Her Life To Helping Others Discover Their Voice In A Subject That Has Needed Voice For Far Too Long!
Megan Balizer was born in Amarillo, Texas and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Farm and mountain were her influences growing up, She enjoyed spending a lot of her childhood outside and adventuring over most of the United States before kindergarten. She ended up attending and graduating from University of Texas at Austin. She studied agriculture, primarily planning to continue working on her family’s farm in Texas. She ended up in San Diego and she wrote a book about how others can improve their lives by not adhering to all of the social norms as it relates to relationships. More about Megan: ” M.K Rave is my pen name. My real name is Megan Kathleen Balizer and I identify as a badass female whose preferred pronouns are her/she. I’m also an addict and a follower of Christ. I get that it is an anomaly for most, because of the way I look or how I speak, but I’m here to be the perfect example that I am loved no matter what.
I definitely don’t mind getting my hands dirty to stand up for my beliefs or to advocate for others when they call on me. I’m loud and eccentric and, for me, it’s not an impressive resume that matters, but hyping up anyone who dropped out of college like I did to chase your dreams has a special place in my heart.
I’m 33 years old and I have used my passions for Dance, Modeling, Theatre, and Writing to lead the way outside of my hometown of Santa Fe, New Mexico. I found myself cultured and educated by a school money can’t buy. The world around me has been my greatest teacher and it would be in my travels that I discover my desire to be of service. I am now a mother of two beautiful children and they have been my greatest teachers to date. After many years of struggling with active addiction, I would find refuge in a church that would be my pipeline to help others and find my own spiritual walk into fully accepting that I was NOT God. By letting my nomadic lifestyle lead the way, I came across many relationships that I forged love out of and learned about codependency with romance. My entire love career would speak volumes of how much heartache and beauty are credited for shaping my life.
Being a sex and love addict took me overseas, next door, and into my own home when I finally decided enough was enough. Healing the wounds that both, myself and others, created was the endgame for me and now that I have children of my own, I want them to have the knowledge I didn’t, and address the qualms around love and sex. It is a balancing act that I am constantly performing to keep my mental and spiritual health in alignment with the hard truth about my past.
My entire journey will play the biggest role in how I raise good humans who aren’t afraid to be themselves. I want their self-confidence to exceed in ways that I didn’t know were possible and be a beam of light for anyone who has ever been told they weren’t good enough. I now can say my children have a mother with a voice to make a change and help them BE the change.”

October 01, 2024 Young Writing Protege Becomes A Teacher And Rediscovers Her Passion For Writing The Adventures Of Jelly Bean!
Amy Pollack was born and raised near Morristown New Jersey in Summit New Jersey. She enjoyed playing outside as a kid until she had to come in for dinner. She enjoyed writing creative stories about Jelly Bean and telling them in front of her class as a fourth grader. She was encouraged by her teacher and later her mother-in-law. She was a teacher for forty years. The stories of Jelly Bean came back to the forefront when the Covid shutdown took place. It forced her to pull her notes and stories out and work on them again. She eventually found a publisher that was interested and her first book was published. She is currently working on her third book that will be released in the next few months. More about Amy: “Amy Meislin Pollack was a teacher for over four decades, raised three children, and loves to play with her seven grandchildren. From her own childhood to the classroom and as a parent and grandparent, she is perfectly positioned to pen her coming-of-age book series.
The Adventures of Jelly Bean, followed by The Further Adventures of Jelly Bean, first came into being when the author’s fourth-grade teacher used to ask her to get up in front of the class and tell the stories about this character she would make up as she went along. Several years later she started writing these stories down, and would work on them periodically in any free time she had during her teaching career and raising her three children. Now retired from a 40-year career in teaching – spanning a wide range of subjects and grade levels – she has embarked on a lively writing career. The silver lining of the Covid pandemic for Pollack was that she was more or less forced, after approximately 60 years, to finish her Jelly Bean books. Her books are about a young girl whose life is always changing and how she adapts to these changes. She tries to work out relationships with her friends, her parents, her older brothers, her uncle. Her parents do not want her best friend, who is of mixed race, to visit. Another friend is anorexic. One brother drops out of school. A grandparent dies.”

AJ Hazzi was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and he was raised in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. He thoroughly enjoyed growing up playing outside in the woods and nature. He moved to New Zealand and learned how to leverage real estate by subletting the rental house he was living in. He was deported for overstaying his visa and decided to apply what he learned about leveraging real estate back home in Canada. He decided to obtain his real estate license and he was off and running building a career. He met his wife and started developing real estate. More about AJ: “After becoming a Realtor® in 2002, AJ Hazzi noticed a gap in the market and in 2008 he founded Vantage West Realty, a boutique firm dedicated to serving the specific needs of real estate investors. Since then, his brokerage has grown to 28 agents and support staff. From finding and pre-analyzing investment properties to negotiating the purchase and property management after the sale, AJ’s relationship with his clients is more like that of a consultant than a salesperson. Few people have as much in-depth knowledge about investment properties in the Okanagan Region as AJ. He is head of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) Kelowna chapter and a certified Real Estate Investment Adviser. As an author, speaker and real estate coach, he practises what he preaches. His extensive real estate portfolio includes single and multi-family homes, development property, resort units and commercial buildings. In addition to being a Realtor®, AJ is also a licensed broker, property manager and new home builder, But for him, real estate isn’t a job; it’s a passion. He is a great believer that the Kelowna market is rich with opportunity, and over the years he’s honed his skills at identifying properties with excellent ‘house flipping’ potential as well as those with high positive cash flow. AJ especially loves to work with clients to advise them on how they can secure a comfortable retirement and achieve their financial dreams through strategic investing. In 2015 AJ was honoured to receive the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. He enjoys giving back to the community through his support of the Gospel Mission, Sell a House to Save a Child, and is a proud member of 100 Men Who Give A Damn. In his downtime, AJ takes advantage of the Okanagan’s four-season playground by playing golf, baseball, boating and wake surfing in the spring and summer to wine touring in the fall and playing hockey or skiing and snowboarding in the winter. As a former competitive boxer, AJ also enjoys training and volunteering at the Kelowna boxing club. Meeting new people and a love of travel has led AJ all over the globe, but he’s always content to return to Kelowna, the place he’s called home for the last 30 years.”

September 18, 2024 Industrial Energy Production Expert Authors A Transformative Book And Dedicates His Life To Helping Others Improve Their Lives!
Ernest Wood was born and raised in Barstow California. His mom gave birth to him at the age of fourteen as a planned pregnancy. He and his mom basically grew up together. He enjoyed playing sports growing up. He loved math in high school. Pretty much anything having to do with numbers he was interested in. Basketball was his favorite sport growing up. He experienced a monumental shift in the culture of the community when the Rodney King situation happened. People in his community became more severely divided than ever before. After high school, he found out he had his first kid on the way. He joined the military and gained some specific technical knowledge. Specifically, he joined the Navy and was able to qualify for the nuclear program. When he returned to Barstow, he was hired to work in a power plant and quickly became an expert at helping to repair electricity generating equipment. After the power plant was shut down he was transferred to a power plant in Carlsbad California. He realized how negative his attitude and outlook had become. It made him start to research what was happening with his attitude and outlook on life. He read a few hundred books in the course of his research. He wrote his first book about his experience and how anyone can improve their attitude and as a result their lives!
