Tom Zamzow is the Founder of Zamzow Consulting, a boutique consultancy focusing on strategic communications and cross-sector partnerships to unlock new business opportunities for its clients. To his mind, managing one's organizational brand reputation actively is critical beyond just summoning shareholder and consumer goodwill. It is that which signals commonality to others, invites followership, and allows for handshakes with unlikely allies. Rooted in an authentic and relevant ESG profile, an organization's brand reputation quickly becomes the great opener of doors.
Together, Tom and Nikki host a "Higher! Career" podcast, available on Apple, Spotify, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
