Flash takes controls and moves the show forward and has Jason provide his life story and how he got started in the BBQ Grill Business.  Jason bringing Texas to Maryland, a state that really needs some BBQ Culture.  Wade cuts through the chase and goes straight for the price!  900 pound Grill.  Wade is pissed over peeling paint! Jason proclaims he is a BBQ snob.  Steel prices through the roof.  Discussing woods to smoke with.  Brisket to impress!  Flash cant stop salivating.  Pig Pickens.  Wade reminisces over his wedding.  Prime or the highway unless you can afford WAGU.  Thats Veal Wade.  Mills wants a WAGU massage.  Sarge laces with fat way back to the 60's or 70s.  Lets talk venison.  Smoking exotic cheeks and cheese.   Mills love some tongue. Paring box wine with with BBQ too funny.  BBQ Bologna is mmmm mmm good.  Crusted Pig Dick for 3 minutes?  Show comes to a close but not before Mills ask about stuff we already talked about.  

This episode was a lot of fun and something different.  Seriously if you like smoking or BBQing or grilling Proteins this covers it all and learning what really goes into a top of the line Side Box Smoker.
