- Ingredients:
- 2 oz - cream cheese, softened
1 oz - frozen spinach, thawed and drained1 can - artichoke hearts, chopped1 - small yellow onion, chopped1.5 cups - sour cream1.5 cups - parmesan cheese2 cups - mozzarella cheeseMinced garlic½ tsp - salt½ tsp - pepperInstructions:- Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray
Combine all ingredients and add to the slow cookerCook on high for 4 hours, stirring halfway throughBarbeque SauceGrape JellyInstructions:- Add meatballs and equal parts barbeque sauce and grape jelly to slow cooker
Cook on low for 4-6 hoursSteak seasoningLipton Onion Soup Mix1 can - Cream of Mushroom Soup½ cup - WaterRed WineInstructions:- Put steak seasoning on both sides of the roast, and sear it on the stove
Add roast, soup mix, soup, water, and a splash of red wine to the slow cookerCook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hoursMexican Chicken- Ingredients:
- Frozen chicken tenderloins
1 can - salsaSalt & pepper to tasteInstructions:- Add chicken and salsa to slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours
Shred the chicken and serve as tacos or over lettuce2 cans - cream of chicken soup1 pkg - Ranch dressing mixInstructions:- Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes.Taco seasoning1 can - Rotel tomatoes1 can - hominy1 can - corn1 can - black beans1 can - pinto beansInstructions:- Brown the ground beef, then put the beef and other ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, and hot sauce.Homemade Jar Sauce- Ingredients:
- 1 lb - Italian sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
Minced garlic1 - Bell pepper, sliced1 - Onion, diced1 can - Rotel tomatoes1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauceSauté garlic, pepper, and onionAdd sausage, garlic, pepper, onion, tomatoes, and spaghetti sauce to the slow cookerCook on low for 6-8 hoursServe over pasta- Hot Cocoa (from NoBiggie.net)
1 ½ cups - heavy cream1 can - sweetened condensed milk1 pkg - milk chocolate chips1 teaspoon - vanillaInstructions:- Add all ingredients to your slow cooker
Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 10 minutes or soOnce all the chocolate chips are melted, turn it down to warm(Optional) add Fireball Whisky for an adult treat!Brownie Pudding (from Crazy for Crust) Eggs, water and oil (as called for on the brownie mix box)1 pkg - instant chocolate pudding mix2 cups - milkInstructions:- Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray
Prepare brownie mix according to the box. Pour into slow cooker.Whisk pudding mix and milk in a bowl until smooth. Pour over the brownie mix.Cover the slow cooker with a paper towel and place the lid on topCook on high for 2-3 hoursServe warm with ice creamPumpkin pie spiceWaterInstructions:- Place apples in your slow cooker with as much pumpkin pie spice as your want
