Now that the border is open, the boys travel to Vancouver, British Columbia, to talk with the ever-youthful Terence Chan, owner, Impetus Plumbing and Heating LTD (@the__impetus). Okay, we didn't really travel there, but we did talk being a plumber in the millennial age, and how to attract those young people to the trades. A son of an arcade owner, Terence's career path took a right turn as he left his engineering studies to follow a path in the plumbing trade. Customer service and social media explored.
