One of the biggest lies we've been taught is that if we're perfect enough, we'll finally feel worthy.
We'll finally belong.
We'll finally be loved.
We'll finally feel safe.
But perfectionism doesn't create connection. It creates distance, from other people and from ourselves.
In this episode, I'm sharing why perfectionism isn't a personality trait. It's a defense mechanism. And how learning self-compassion has completely changed the way I navigate life, relationships, and my own inner world.
In this episode, we explore:
✨ Why perfectionism is really a fear of rejection and abandonment
✨ Brené Brown's "please, perform, perfect" cycle
✨ How perfectionism keeps you disconnected from your authentic self
✨ The difference between belonging and simply fitting in
✨ Why vulnerability is the path to genuine connection
✨ The three pillars of mindful self-compassion
✨ Practical tools to quiet your inner critic and soften perfectionism
✨ How to hold yourself to high standards without abandoning yourself
✨ Why embracing your humanity gives others permission to do the same

One of the biggest misconceptions about manifestation is that it's about attracting what you want.
But the truth is...
You don't manifest what you want. You manifest what you believe you're worthy of receiving.
In this episode, we're diving into the relationship that changes everything: the one you have with yourself.
If you've spent years chasing achievements, checking every box, and still feeling like you're never enough, this conversation will help you understand why—and show you a different way forward.
We'll explore how self-worth isn't something you earn through performance, but something you cultivate through connection, trust, acceptance, and respect.
In this episode, we explore:
✨ Why manifestation is ultimately a game of self-worth
✨ The difference between earning validation and feeling inherently worthy
✨ How perfectionism disconnects you from your heart
✨ Why self-worth is a relationship, not an achievement
✨ The three ingredients of lasting self-worth: self-trust, self-acceptance, and self-respect
✨ How to create a genuine heart connection with yourself
✨ Why taking risks builds self-trust
✨ The role of permission and self-acceptance in personal growth
✨ Practical journaling questions to deepen your relationship with yourself
✨ How stronger self-worth naturally leads to greater belief, easier manifestation, and true non-attachment

What if the biggest challenges in your life aren't actually about money, health, your career, or even your relationships with other people?
In this episode, Milli shares the one realization that changed everything: every struggle is ultimately a relationship issue. More specifically, it's a reflection of the relationship you have with yourself.
She breaks down the three core relationships that determine the quality of your life: your relationship with yourself, your relationship with others, and your relationship with life itself. Through personal stories and powerful insights, you'll discover how your inner world shapes your external reality, why self-trust and self-compassion are the foundation for everything else, and how changing your internal relationship can transform every area of your life.
If you've ever felt stuck in repeating patterns, struggled with relationships, or wondered why lasting change feels so difficult, this episode will give you a completely new perspective.

Aging is something we all experience, yet very few of us talk about the grief that can come with it.
In this honest and vulnerable episode, I share my own experience of navigating the emotional side of getting older—the changing face in the mirror, the comparison trap, the pressure to look younger, and the deeper questions about identity that surface as we move through different seasons of life.
This isn't an episode about whether you should get Botox, embrace gray hair, or follow someone else's definition of aging well. It's about learning to separate your worth from your appearance and reconnecting with who you are beneath it all.
Because the goal isn't to look 25 forever.
The goal is to become more fully yourself with every passing year.
This episode dives into:
✨ Why aging can bring unexpected feelings of grief and loss.
✨The pressure women face to stay young—and the internal conflict that creates.
✨How comparison steals our peace at every age.
✨The difference between making choices from your values versus from fear.✨The five self-leadership questions I use to reconnect with myself when my identity feels shaky.
✨Why your appearance is only one small part of who you are.
✨What it really means to become the woman you're meant to be.
If this conversation resonated with you and you're ready to reconnect with who you are beneath the expectations, comparison, and pressure to be someone else, the Identity & Capacity Expansion Masterclass is the perfect next step.
Inside, I walk you through the same self-leadership framework I mention in this episode to help you come home to yourself with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Leaving an abusive relationship isn't the finish line. It's the beginning of learning how to trust yourself again.
In this episode, I'm sharing 15 things I didn't expect to experience after leaving abusive relationships. The thoughts that surprised me. The emotions I wasn't prepared for. And the practices that slowly helped me rebuild my confidence, my identity, and my sense of safety.
Whether you've walked away from an unhealthy romantic relationship, friendship, workplace, or family dynamic, this conversation is an invitation to give yourself a little more grace.
Healing isn't about getting over it as quickly as possible. It's about creating the conditions for yourself to feel safe enough to become who you really are.
In This Episode, I Share:
✨ Why you might question how you didn't see the abuse sooner
✨ The shame, guilt, and self-blame that can surface after leaving
✨ What happens when you lose trust in your own judgment and how to rebuild it
✨ Why peace can actually feel uncomfortable after living in survival mode
✨ Rediscovering your identity when you no longer have to protect yourself
✨ The role nervous system regulation played in my own healing
✨ How relationships become spaces for healing, not proof that you're "fixed"
✨ The mindset shifts that helped me create healthier relationships and a more grounded life
If you're in the messy middle of rebuilding after a hard chapter, I hope this episode gives you permission to slow down, soften, and trust that you're becoming the woman you were always meant to be.

I recently attended a three-day event in Austin, Texas, and while I expected to learn a lot, I didn't expect to be challenged, stretched, and moved in the ways that I was.
This weekend came at a time when I've been navigating a major identity shift. So much of who I used to be has fallen away over the last few years, and I've found myself standing in the space between who I was and who I'm becoming.
In this episode, I'm sharing some of the most powerful experiences and insights from that weekend, including a profound breathwork session, conversations around shame and vulnerability, and the reminders I needed most about healing, self-compassion, and personal growth.
One of the biggest lessons I walked away with is that transformation is rarely about one massive breakthrough. It's usually a series of small moments, small shifts, and small acts of courage that eventually change everything.
I also dive into Brené Brown's three pillars of wholehearted living: courage, compassion, and connection, and why I believe these three qualities are essential if we want to create a life that feels as good as it looks.
In This Episode, I Share:
✨ The powerful difference between guilt and shame
✨ What happened when a room full of strangers shared their deepest struggles
✨ My experience with an intense breathwork session and the unexpected emotional release that followed
✨ Why I believe shame loses its power when it's brought into the light
✨ The danger of "silver bullet syndrome" and waiting for one moment to change your life
✨ How lasting transformation is created through small shifts over time
✨ What courage, compassion, and connection really look like in practice
✨ Why community and co-regulation are such important parts of healing
If you've been feeling disconnected from yourself, stuck between versions of who you are, or trying to navigate growth on your own, I hope this episode reminds you that you don't have to do it alone.

In this episode, I share the simple question that has been changing everything for me:
What do I need?
We explore how to support your growth without turning it into another impossible standard, how to process the past without living in it, and why self-compassion may be the missing piece in your journey.
I dive into:
What if the next level version of you isn't someone you need to become... but someone whose needs you're finally willing to honor?
If this episode resonated with you, I'd love to hear from you. Send me a message on Instagram and let me know your biggest takeaway.

In this episode, I’m diving into something I see constantly in high-achieving women and something I’ve personally struggled with too.
A hyperfixation on self-improvement.
On the surface, it looks like growth. Healing. Expansion. Self-awareness.
But underneath it can quietly become something else entirely: self-surveillance, perfectionism in disguise, and an exhausting internal pressure to constantly “fix” yourself.
We explore:
At the heart of this episode is a simple reframe:
You don’t need to constantly fix yourself to create a better life. In fact, the more you obsess over what’s wrong, the more you reinforce it.
This is about learning how to lift your head, step out of the microscope, and start living from a place of presence instead of constant self-monitoring.
Because the goal isn’t to become a perfected version of you.
It’s to become more YOU... fully, freely, and without the pressure to constantly be improving to be worthy.
If this episode resonates, share it with someone who needs to hear it, and listen with curiosity about where you might be stuck in self-improvement instead of self-trust.

In this week’s episode, I’m sharing something deeply personal: the how and the why behind ending my marriage.
This conversation is raw, vulnerable, and honest. I’m walking you through the years leading up to my divorce, the perfectionism, the abandonment wounds, the nervous system dysregulation, the people-pleasing, the self-betrayal, and ultimately, the process of reclaiming myself.
We talk about:
This episode is not about blaming anyone. It’s about sharing my lived experience with honesty, compassion, and integrity in the hopes that another woman feels less alone in hers.
If you’re currently questioning a relationship, feeling disconnected from yourself, or trying to figure out whether you’re abandoning your truth to keep the peace, I hope this episode gives you permission to get honest with yourself.
You already know more than you think you do.
And sometimes courage is simply taking the next step before you feel ready.
If this episode resonated with you, share it to your stories and tag me so I can connect with you.
