Hello, there! Thank you for being here. Yes, in today's episode I'm calling you out. I am calling you out on your lack of self-love. Calling you out on the life you want for yourself. Stop creating excuses, stop giving out free passes, and stop trying to live an unfulfilled life. Take a big breath, and start to analyzing what you keep going back to what hurts you. Maybe it's a friend, a job, a family member, a behavior, a relationship. Regardless of what it is, no one should give their time and energy to people and things that cause than more harm than good. Love you guys!

Do you find difficulty staying organized? Do you catch yourself promising that "Monday I'll start a diet" every single Sunday? Do you tell yourself you're going to save money just to open your account and see a low balance? Why does that happen? Why do you think some people just "have" the motivation to wake up at 5am every day to workout? Why do you think some people are just inspired, motivated, but you lack time? Maybe you don't know why that happens. Or maybe you do know exactly why that happens and yet you can't seem to leave this cycle. Habits are crucial in developing who we are and who we want to become. I hope you can take something from today's episode.

In today's episode I wanna push you to be a better person, and a better friend. When was the last time you called your friend? When was the last time you reached out to the people in your life that you say matter so much? From experience, let me tell you. Do not be the person waiting for that text message. Take the initiative and make that call. But also, make sure you are receiving the love you're giving and, if not... think about it. A lot of the times hurt people hurt people and it's so crucial that we evaluate how we are handling our lives so we don't create unnecessary tension. Love you all. Hope you enjoy! 

Yes. I'm sorry, but today I am calling you out. I am calling you out because you deserve to achieve your highest potential. Not tomorrow, not next year, and certainly not "one day." You deserve to be happy, unique, and hold yourself accountable. We all have 24h in our days. Yes, it's harder for some people than it is for others and the world isn't always fair- I get that. But to let your life pass because of the excuses you give yourself (and sometimes really believe in them) is just not acceptable. So, as your good friend, I am here to tell you to get up, make a list of your dreams, goals, and the whole life you want for yourself. Manifest it, claim it, and act on it. I love you all. And I hope you love yourself too. I am here for you!
