I had gotten to a place where elementary mind renewal wasn't working to remove this problem area in my heart that needed healing. Mind renewal is a powerful tool; I can testify to this as a mind renewal coach. However, why did this issue seem so hard to remove?

I was dealing with something more robust and unrelenting, which had traumatized me for years.

The destruction of this mountain would take the blood of Jesus, the Spirit, and the Word and a much more aggressive stance to overcome.

I was living in a place of shame, and destructive eating patterns and I couldn't find a way out. I was the queen of yo-yo dieting believing the promise that this would be the LAST program. But God was calling me out of this and telling me that the scales, the diet programs, and the wellness fads had replaced the fear of the Lord in my life. I was putting my dependence and trust in them and not Him. Ouch or Amen? Can you identify with that?
