I decided to take a break from social media in September mostly to reclaim some of my time. I decided I would stay active but not be obligated to a schedule. I didn’t determine how long the break would be in advance.  

I'm currently four months in and let me tell you, I am loving it!  So in this episode I’m sharing what I've learned during my social media sabbatical. I will be honest up front and let you know everything I learned isn’t positive but the positive things I’ve learned are worth it.

You are more than enough…just the way you are. But if you aren’t dating yourself and showing yourself enough love, you probably don’t realize that. So it’s time for you to spend some time nurturing a better relationship with yourself. This sounds selfish but it isn’t. Because when you do this on a regular basis, you will be equipped to take care of everyone and everything else as well. 

 

There is one simple but most forgotten way you can show yourself more love. Make sure you tune in and start this simple practice in 2022!
