In this episode, we will be sitting on the shores of Lake Batak which is found in the country I was born, Bulgaria. We watch a sunset together and talk about the beauty of the Rhodope Mountains. We become grounded to our Earth and show gratitude for everything it provides for us. 

This week's episode takes place on the Amalfi Coast of Italy. We will be sitting at a beautiful outdoor cafe with an incredible view and mindfully eating a delicious lemon gelato. I include my first impressions of this place, some fun facts about this coast, and dive deep into the power thoughts can have over our lives. In this episode, we will be going to one of my favorite countries, Japan. Here we will be meditating in a super relaxing park with amazing views of Mt Fuji. It takes place during cherry blossom season which makes it even more beautiful. We talk about the spiritual meaning of the cherry blossom, mindfulness, and the importance of regularly being in places that fill you with energy and life. 

In this week's episode, we will be sitting on a slope of Grossglockner, Austria's highest mountain. Practicing mindfulness with a beautiful view which brings us peace and leaves us feeling refreshed. 

A guided visualization meditation that takes place on a boat. We will be riding through the Cai Rang floating market on the Mekong Delta located in Vietnam.

In this meditation, we'll be visiting the most powerful waterfall in Europe, Dettifoss, located in Iceland. It includes some practice on a meditation technique called "being aware and not clinging". With it, we will use the sound of the waterfall to enhance our experience.
