As a coach, you want to help people create change in their lives. One of the greatest ways you can do this is to work with clients on an unconscious level to establish habits and behaviours that get them where they want to go.
But how can you help clients tap into their unconscious?
Two powerful tools your clients can use to achieve this are visualisation and hypnosis.
These rely on your client using only their imagination to dive into what it will be like to achieve their desires. But what are the differences between the two? And how can you share these practices with your clients?
In this episode of The Mindset Coach, I walk you through how you can help your clients realise their ideal futures and incorporate visualisation and hypnosis techniques into your coaching practice.

How can you use The Law of Attraction to help your clients get what they want?
Teaching your clients that they can receive their greatest desires isn’t always straightforward. Often there are blockades to overcome, such as trapping beliefs or an inability to receive. However, The Law of Attraction shows us that we have the power to choose what comes into our lives.
In this episode of The Mindset Coach, I explore the practices you can use to help your clients realise the power of The Law of Attraction so they can conceive, believe, and receive their deepest desires.

How do you attract your ideal clients?
When we think about coaching, we all have our idea of the perfect client in our minds. That one client that just fits in with your expertise and methods. But how do you reach them? How do you find a client that just clicks with what you offer?
This is a question I get asked a lot, and it’s something we teach in the Mindset Coach Academy along with how to identify your niche and ideal clients. What it comes down to is the message you’re sending out to clients.
Attracting your ideal client is all about creating messages that really resonate with them. Focusing on those messages can help you identify clients you want to work with, which is so important in growing your coaching business.
In this episode of The Mindset Coach, I’ll take you through some of the key things to think about when creating your content plan to help you attract your ideal clients.

How do you create a coaching package that delivers results for your clients?
For the best possible results, there are a lot of things to consider when building your programme. Coaching is all about helping your clients achieve a specific goal, and there are many ways you can do that.
One of the first things to do is build a framework and structure for the type of work you’ll be doing with your clients. However, a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work. Your clients are individuals, so you will need a flexible framework to provide tailored help and support.

When you’re working towards an idea, it can feel like a long journey between that initial spark of inspiration and realising your dream. But this week, I’ve experienced first-hand the power and excitement of bringing an idea to life.
In this short episode, I share some behind-the-scenes updates of what we’ve been working on at the Mindset Coach Academy and Mindset Dimensions recently. I also announce our 5-day ‘How to Become a Mindset Reader’ challenge!

What does the word “mindset” truly mean?
It’s about far more than just positive thinking, journaling, and vision boards. While these things are all very powerful tools, they also dilute the meaning of the word. To understand our clients, we need to look deeper at their mindset so we can help them change it.
In this episode of The Mindset Coach, I delve into the different dimensions of mindset, including emotion, behaviours, and beliefs. I share some thoughts on how all of these elements interconnect and why it’s essential to look at the full picture.

Understanding how your clients behave is important when helping them to achieve the results that they desire. But to step up and truly be the best coach you can be, you also need to understand your own behaviour.
As coaches, we use many tools to gain insights into our clients’ behaviours. You might think about where they sit on behavioural continuums to find out what makes them tick. But have you ever thought about looking at your own coaching behaviour in this way?
This got me thinking – if there was a behaviour continuum for coaches, what would be at either end of the spectrum? I think it’s obvious. At one end, you have the enthusiastic, supportive ‘coach as cheerleader’, and at the other, you have the questioning, fact-finding ‘coach as detective’.
In this episode of The Mindset Coach, I dive into what it means to be at either end of this spectrum. I talk about what cheerleader coaches bring to the table and why clients often seek out the detective. I also share where you need to sit on this continuum to be the best coach that you can be.

How are you showing up for your business?
When you’re a business owner as well as a coach, it can be challenging to keep yourself accountable and perform every day like the CEO you are. But how you show up every day speaks to a number of different things. It indicates your identity, habits, behaviours, and your skill level as a coach. Ultimately, how you approach fulfilling this CEO role is vital to furthering your business.
So, I want to ask you, how do you see yourself as a business owner? And, given a choice, would you hire yourself into your business?
In this episode of The Mindset Coach, I discuss how you can think about your overall performance. I share two exercises that you can do to understand more about how you’re showing up and why you should invest in your own development to improve your and your clients’ results.

What can a better understanding of your clients do for you as a coach?
We all want to help our clients achieve their goals – that’s one of the reasons many of us become coaches. But to make a lasting, meaningful impact on our clients, you need to know more than what they want to achieve.
Often, coaches don’t go deep enough into really understanding their clients’ intricate details. Without knowing what makes your client tick, you may never have a handle on where your clients truly are in the process of achieving their goals. You may recommend prescriptions that are wrong for them or don’t get them any closer to success. However, when you actively gather knowledge about your client’s behaviour, you can put into practice tools and techniques more suited to their needs.
I share how we can get a better understanding of where our clients are in this episode of The Mindset Coach. I also explain why it’s important to do the diagnostic work with your clients and how to uncover what’s stopping them from achieving their goals.

Habits shape our actions and influence our decisions. This is why it is important to consider our habits carefully and think about whether they help or hinder us from achieving our goals. Good habits can lead to positive change in our lives, while bad habits can potentially steer us away from the path that leads us to our goals.
Since habits occur outside of our conscious awareness, we rarely think twice about them because we do them automatically. This means we carry out our habits as though we are on autopilot. However, by simply becoming aware of our habits, we can make the necessary changes to ensure our habits don’t hinder us from achieving our goals.
I talk about the importance of habits further in this episode of The Mindset Coach. I also dig into why you need to become aware of what your habits are and why they exist in the first place. In doing so, you’ll find it much easier to alter your habits so that you can be more productive and move closer to achieving your ultimate goals in your personal life and career.
P.S. I suggest having a pen and piece of paper handy for this one!
