Homework 1: 

• Realize that you are the most important relationship of your entire life and see how you show up differently
• I want you to really think about and write down what makes you makes happy and how can you show up for yourself today? Then do it 
• Mantra: My worth isn’t determined by my relationship status but by how deeply I love and honor myself 

Homework 2:

• Figure out what questions make you uncomfortable then write down responses for each question
• Take 3-5 minutes out of your day and practice grounding yourself whether it’s through meditating or breathe work

Homework 3: 

• Write Yourself a Love Letter: why you’re grateful for this season of singleness. What makes this time special? What are you most looking forward spending the holidays with your family? What are you savoring?
• Apply The MLA Method and Plan a Date with Yourself: Choose an activity that makes you feel alive and cherished. Bake cookies, visit a Christmas market, or take a solo stroll with a warm drink. The key here is to do something just for you.
