Following the equal access buyback, in which Red Rock tendered 6% of the Jupiter stock it held, Red Rock has received USD 655,784.80 (approximately £537,131) and holds 25,684,913 shares in Jupiter, equivalent to approximately 1.2% of the issued share capital.

The company also announced that Jupiter Mines has launched a process to investigate strategic options to realise shareholder value from their flagship Tshipi manganese mine, with Bank of America Merrill Lynch being appointed as advisors to progress these options.

Yesterday the company announced the completion of resource-focused target generation for the Tavsan Project which is part of the Red Rabbit Joint Venture with Proccea Construction Co. and is 50% owned by Ariana.

Highlights include:

•Sixteen target areas identify the potential for significant resource growth at the Tavsan Project.

•Important drill intercepts warranting follow-up include 11m @ 5.11 g/t Au + 6.83g/t Ag, 6m @ 3.37g/t Au + 3.67g/t Ag and 9m @ 1.30g/t Au + 4.32g/t Ag within c.20m from surface.

•Several mineralised zones identified in trenching require follow-up, including 170m @ 1.04g/t Au + 4.1g/t Ag, 140m @ 1.11g/t Au + 5.2g/t Ag and 60m @ 1.30g/t Au + 4.34g/t Ag.

•Trial mining at the site has produced a stockpile of c.28,000 tonnes to date at an average grade of 1.41 g/t gold.

•Company planning to conduct a high-resolution portable X-ray Fluorescent (pXRF) soil sampling programme to refine target areas ahead of future resource drilling.

Our guest on the podcasts today is Gervaise Heddle, CEO of Greatland gold and we discuss the news released by the company today regarding its initial results from the recent drilling campaign at the Warrentinna gold project in Tasmania, Australia, confirming they have successfully extended the continuity of gold mineralisation at the Warrentinna project.

Highlights are as follows:

· The recent drilling campaign at Warrentinna (see announcement dated 29th November 2016) has successfully extended the continuity of gold mineralisation at the Warrentinna project;

· All holes encountered gold mineralisation with best 4m composite results including 4m at 2.8g/t Au from surface (WTR040) and 4m at 2.9g/t Au from 20m (WTR038);

· These results highlight that mineralisation remains open to the north and east, with drill holes WTR38, WTR39 and WTR40 clearly extending the continuity of gold mineralisation to the north;

· Greatland Gold’s field operations team will collect 1m re-samples of several zones of interest during February, and the results of these re-samples are expected to be reported in late March.

On Friday the company announced an oversubscribed placing raising gross proceeds of approximately £900,000 supported by both new and existing shareholders. The net proceeds of the Placing will be used to advance the Company's projects outside of Kiziltepe, and to support ongoing working capital requirements of the Group.
