In this episode, I share how I contracted the coronavirus, my treatment, and the lessons I learned.

Below is the treatment I used to treat my Covid-19 infection. Note: this is not an FDA approved treatment and I am just sharing my story. I am not liable for any negative effects that may be experienced from following this treatment protocol.

1) Z-PAK

2. HEATING THERAPY

A). Gather the following ingredients:

1. Grapefruit

2. Orange

3. Garlic

4. Lemon

5. Lime

6. Purple onion

INSTRUCTIONS:

Peal orange and grapefruit. Put pealing in pot, cut up lemon and lime (do not peal) put in pot with garlic and onion. Add plenty water Let it boil. As it boils, Bend over the water and breath normally. Morning and night. But night is very important. Your choice.

B) Take Hot shower

C) drink hot tea lemon, ginger.

D) cover and no matter how hot you feel stay under the covers and sweat. Change your wet clothes. Cover again and sweat.

E). Mornings and night goggle with warm (as warm as you can tolerate) salt water.

Keep drinking hot tea, no cold drinks. Room temperature ok.

F) D 4000 IU daily, Zinc, Vitamin B Complex, Mucinex, Vitamin C & Ibuprofen

2020 has been a rough year for everybody. As we start 2021, we want to have the best life and want this to be much better than the previous one. Here are some of the things you can do to live your best life this year and moving forward. First and foremost, you need to quit your fears and not your dreams. It’s all about being willing to take that risk and being bolder. Secondly, you have to be willing to pay the price, nothing that is worth having comes free of charge. Whatever your goals or dreams may be, you have to be willing to sacrifice. Lastly, you have to start now. Saying “NO” to procrastination is something that should be a habit. There’s no perfect time. Now is all you have!
