Often we feel we need to spend all of our energy focused on our business in order to create what we desire, but it's actually relaxing and letting go that is far more powerful.

Today I share about how I made a conscious decision to shift my focus away from my business and how clients flowed. Today's episode is as much a reminder for me as it is for you. When you follow what feels good, when you do more of what brings you pleasure your desires will flow. Everything is already lined up and waiting for you. Your part is to relax and let go.

I see this time and time again, and what I find is lying underneath it all is the fear of success. The fear of what it's going to take to get there.

Today is all about understanding that the next level is available to you right now, without any more hard work or sacrifice. When you're aligned it will be yours, but when you fear the next level you will stop yourself from achieving it. So often I see women who have huge ambitions to reach a new level in their business but are afraid of the how. Afraid of what it could take to get there or what they might have to give up along the way. I promise sacrifice is not necessary, only alignment.

Constantly freaking out about why you're not achieving (even when you are), worrying that there is something wrong with you, constantly feeling deflated if things don't go your way. When you're highly ambitious often you can have very high expectations of yourself too. Both a blessing and a curse.

Today is all about understanding that the fear of failure goes with you, and so reaching some goal never actually helps this feeling to go away.. There is always a next level to chase. What we need to do is to instead make peace with ourselves, know that we're enough no matter what, know that we're worthy no matter what, and that we don't need to achieve anything to fill the void. When we do the abundance flows.
