Today is really about understanding that you don't necessarily wake up one day and discover your life purpose. It's about following the calls of your soul. Doing more of what lights you up. Doing more of what you love. One step at a time as you follow what lights you up, your purpose becomes clearer and clearer. It unfolds and is always and forever evolving.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about how boobs and business are related. Stay with me here… It's a funny analogy a client shared with me about being a page 3 girl in a UK paper. Her friends and her used to discuss whether they would ever be a page 3 girl and get their boobs out, and her response was "I'd be ok for strangers to see my boobs, but not my family and friends"

Today is really about understanding the fear of being seen. How we can be happy to bare all to strangers, but might not want those closest to us to see all of us for fear of judgement. This is really a lesson in worthiness, in connecting to your own value and about knowing that you being you is enough. All of you, boobs and all! Know that those you truly want in your life will love you for you no matter what, and be prepared to let go of those that don't.

• Understdning that you hiding or filtering on social media is not protecting relationships, but hindering your business and hiding from yourself
• Stepping into the truth of who you are will always set you free
• Learning that all of your validation comes from within

We are taught to define success by numbers, by our grades, by our income, by the sales or number of clients in our business. When your feelings of success are attached to external circumstances and you're always setting new goals you can often feel like a failure.

Today is about understanding that if you are constantly feeling like you're never quite there, that you're always failing then you need to go within. You need to redefine how you look at success. If you're highly ambitious and are constantly setting bigger and bigger goals then you can easily fall into a trap of feeling like you're failing and not feeling good enough. It's time for that to end.

• Understanding that you define your own measure of success and failure and you can choose to shift that
• Learning how to redefine success so you can always feel like you're winning
• How to disconnect from the energy of lack so you can manifest your desires faster and reach the next level quicker

It is the result of your past focus, thoughts, beliefs and emotions and the constant focus on what will create more of it. This is observing.

You need to find a way to stop focusing on what has happened in the past and instead shift your beliefs and expectations on what you want to create. When you do this and hold this energy your entire reality will shift to match your new vibration.
