In this episode of "The Mixing Glass", Grey Miller discusses his career in the hospitality industry. Grey shares his wisdom on what it takes to curate an extensive whiskey collection, educate staff, and curate amazing experiences for guests.

Grey Miller has been in the service industry for the better part of 30 years. Starting at the ripe old age of 15, Grey has bartended & managed every type of bar ranging from country clubs, night clubs, dive bars, sports bars, and cocktail bars. 

Grey's currently serves as the Bar Manager & Whiskey Jedi for Julep in Palm Valley.  Julep is Part of the VPizza group located in Florida that has several restaurant concepts centered on amazing beverage, quality pizza, and hospitality. Julep was recently voted into Whiskey Advocates top 125 Whiskey Bars in the Country. 

Grey has also won a handful of competitions in his career and notably made it to the top 30 for the Woodford Manhattan Experience several years ago. Outside of the bar, Grey enjoys spending his days off with his beautiful wife, playing golf, & getting some much deserved rest and relaxation.
