Now serving as a Guinness Brand Advisor, he’s passionate about sharing the history and exceptional quality of Guinness with audiences across the country.
A long-time resident of New York City, Zack is also a dedicated home cook, who hopes his friends enjoy his creative food and beverage pairings. One of his favorites? Grilled seafood paired with a perfectly poured pint of Guinness—an ideal combination of rich flavors that complements the subtle smokiness of the grill. When he’s not immersed in his work, you’ll find him exploring new culinary creations, traveling, or enjoying the MET Museum.
