George Washington University Law Prof. Jonathan Turley accurately pointed out that Trump’s 4th indictment is criminalizing questioning an election which is very dangerous. Plus, Mike & Mark discuss whether Ron DeSantis did well enough at the first debate to propel further in the polls. Does the DeSantis campaign still have a chance to emerge victorious?

Did Ron DeSantis have the great night that he really needed at this debate? Mike and Mark view Ron DeSantis’ performance a little differently. Also, all the GOP candidates were asked if they would support Trump if he became the nominee.

Larry Elder will not be on the Republican debate stage tonight despite qualifying for all the things he needed to make it. Larry checked every single box and yet somehow won’t be on the debate stage. Mike shares a story of a friend who claimed that if Trump is convicted of any of these charges that he is disqualified from running for President. Of course, that is not true. Also, mask mandates are coming back to Hollywood apparently. There are mask mandates slowly creeping back at college campuses and other places. Will the American people put up with this yet again?

Also, Vivek has gotten some attention for his remarks on 9/11 which have brought up people’s conspiracy theories. Donald Trump is planning to surrender to authorities on Thursday. Also, there are a bunch of rumors that Covid is starting up again. The Biden administration is reportedly going to push Covid booster shots again very soon. Biden got a very angry welcome when he went to Hawaii amid the Maui wildfires.
