Mike Pence even said that he hopes this indictment of Trump does not happen. Mike points out that Pence said Trump should never be President again, but that he will support whoever the GOP nominee is. Wade being overturned meant that there was no national right to abortion. The point of it is to allow all states to decide the laws on this issue.
