This week MMOsketeers features a relatively brief discussion on food (Turkey Omelettes FTW) followed by a choice selection of MMO meats. Including The Division embargo being lifted with lots of cool new information as well as a date for Beta; Elder Scrolls Online laying out their plans for the next 6 months, featuring Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood content; Star Wars: The Old Republic makes a slightly less impressive or surprising Livestream talking about a new Warzone, crafting changes and new story content for Knights of the Fallen Empire; Crowfall releases their new Pantheon page.

Tepp’s favourite is the Mother of Cats; Elite:Dangerous gets a bad case of the Space Barnacles. You can get a cream for that now. Spacecream. You can’t hear it; And finally The Repopulation tells us they will have something to tell us at the end of the month and that it won’t be that it’s all over but for the singing.

Jen and Tepp are back after a holiday of minimal gaming to talk about the MMO happenings in December and what they enjoyed most in 2015. Gaming related. Obviously. Stories include: Steam caching shenanigans; The Repopulation’s Hero Engine woes; Crowfall’s interesting take on skills and meatsuits; Firefall’s payroll snafu; a bit more on the Zenimax mothballing their Galway office; and finally a small bit of hope for the future of Pathfinder Online.

Special mention to our friends at The MMO Show for considering us worthy of their “Podcasts of Interest” page. Wub you!

After talk of a brief trip to Spain, life-extending drugs and the filming locations of Harry Potter… Teppo and Jen explore the wide-world of MMO news with such hits as Blizzard dropping the BanHammer in World of Warcraft, some dodgy reporting of Elder Scrolls Online CSR layoffs at Bethesda, the somewhat expensive release of Elite Dangerous: Horizons, a not-very-secret new Star Wars gaming being made by EA Visceral, some Ghosts in them there Shells, the special Christmas gift of Hackers, more on the Eternal Crusade and a small but expected delay to The Divisions Beta.

And of course, listener’s questions. Happy Holidays and a have a grand 2016!

Although momentarily distracted by talk of Mini Cheddars, Pringles tortillas and sweet delicious cheesecake; Teppo and Jen do manage to talk a bit about MMO Gaming this week. Including some surprisingly successful, decidedly non-Pro-Raiding in Rift; what Elder Scrolls Online is doing with their money; Winter events in Star Wars: The Old Republic and Star Trek Online; and a little bit about Star Citizen’s latest gameplay footage.
