Nurit Coomb, MoCo show’s resident Real Estate expert, joins the show to talk about Caronavirus’s effet on Real Estate. Alex gives us an update on some of the numbers surrounding the virus. He discusses how he believes that Governor Hogan will impliment phase one of the reopening of local businesses. Nurit gives us the 411 on who has been most heavily impacted in the real estate economy. She tells us all about how tours have changed for most people, and what Team Nurit is doing to ensure the safety of their customers. In other news, Alex talks about new courses coming to local schools, including an LGBTQ History Course! It will be the first of its kind in the United States! Alex also talks about local people who went on to gain worldwide fame, as well as stories about famous figures visiting the area! Alex proceeds to discuss food biases based on where you’ve lived (such as pizza from New York), and concludes the show with a bit of his own MoCo history!
