Alex and Michelle discuss their thoughts on favorite french fries, being that Monday was national french fries day. Michelle and Alex talk about reading preferences, given the MoCo Libraries beginning a new service where you can put books on hold. Alex discusses the new name change for the former Washington Redskins. After the first break, Alex and Michelle share their thoughts on the age distribution of COVID-19 positive people in Maryland. Being teachers, Alex and Michelle discuss the switch to virtual schooling for the upcoming year and some of issues it could cause, as well as alternative solutions. They elaborate on openings and closings in the area, and conclude the show by discussing government relief funding from COVID and some of the controversy around it, how to spell Michelle’s last name (Katz), and the Montgomery County Police Scanner. Additionally, they elaborate on how MoCo alcohol laws impact certain restaurants from coming to the area.
