Sam has such respect for Travis’s skill set, that he has hired Travis as a product consultant to not one, but two companies. Travis’ superpower lies in helping businesses to build better products, ones that meet the burning needs of their customers.

Travis has done everything from leading interactive fitness at Beachbody (P90X, Insanity), helping to launch & scale a new digital division $0-200M/yr in 24 mo. Travis has also spent his time helping Apple design projects for large-scale products, such as Keynote and The App Store.

Catherine began her career as a corporate litigator at a white-shoe, top-tier law firm in Washington, DC, in 2010. As she grew in her self-awareness, she began to look at herself from the outside. She realized she was a Type-A, over-achieving go-getter who seemed to have it all figured out —  at least on paper. 

After a few years in that fast-paced, high-stakes, sleep-when-you’re done, big-law life, she finally looked up and realized that a career path toward the partnership wasn’t actually for her.

She knew she needed to create a different livelihood by redefining success and seeking opportunities to immerse herself in her passions.
