So, what is that opportunity and how do we take advantage of it? Join me in this episode of The Modern Man as I welcome Leo Treadwell, Founder of I am the Matrix and Inventor of Autobiographical Feedback, a life-changing technology that’s liberating people from unnecessary stress, harmful narratives, and social conditioning. "Without vision, people perish." -Bronson Hill
Inflation can be our friend... if we know how to use it to our advantage.
One way to do that is through real estate. Real estate is one of the few investments that offer long-term value and can continue to appreciate over time without any extra effort on our part! In fact, it is one of the safest investments we can make because it has been historically proven stable.
This week, I have the opportunity to sit with Bronson Hill, the founder and CEO of Bronson Equity. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Bronson worked as a consultant for a medical device company where he met physicians who earned millions in a year. Seeing how much time they were trading to earn their wealth, Bronson decided he was going to let money work for him and not the other way around. Eventually, he discovered the world of real estate where he was able to create the life he wants. Today, Bronson continues to help others live their dream life with less of the risk and more of the benefits.
Listen in as Bronson and I discuss how to get started into real estate successfully, why savings is not always a good idea, how much money do we need to invest, how to reduce our taxes, the unfair advantage of multifamily investing, and how we can use the time freedom that we have to continue growing, not only our wealth, but also ourselves.

"Your purpose amplifies your identity. It makes you more of who you are because you're working in your identity through your purpose." -Steven Kuhn
Our title or position is not who we are— that's what we do. We all go through phases where we feel like we should act or speak a certain way to avoid offending someone. But living in a period when opinions matter more than authenticity and trends try to shape our identity is a specially crucial time to stay true to ourselves.
When we own our identity, we are empowered to do great things. We know who we are and what we stand for. We don't shy away from our quirks and flaws, rather, we embrace them because they make us unique. We become a force to be reckoned with and we don't need the approval of others to feel good about ourselves.
But showing up our true selves is never easy. If it is, then everybody will be doing it. So, how do we go about owning our identity?
This week, I got to sit down with business advisor, author, and speaker Steven Kuhn and his partner, Olga. Steven and Olga are both powerful individuals and together they're making a difference by uplifting others to a higher frequency.
In this episode, we discuss how we can navigate the journey of finding ourselves and owning our identity. We also talked about projecting our presence, the connection between our identity and purpose, being powerful from within, handling difficult conversations, and the 5 models that can help us build a solid foundation from Steve's book, Unleash Your Humble Alpha.

"In the pursuit of chasing something greater, there's more potential that we all have. It just takes going through some hard times to figure out what we're really made of." -Daniel Blue
We can all relate to the feeling of being lost and not knowing where we're going. Some of us are better at navigating our way through these feelings than others, but it's always possible to find ourselves at crossroads in which we're unsure of who we are and what we stand for.
In this episode, I sit with Daniel Blue, the CEO of Quest Education. Daniel was just 12 when his father left. He couldn't understand why and his questions were left unanswered for years. It created a massive void in his heart that seemed like dark clouds covering his path. This lack of clarity led him to make painful choices. But when he became a father, Daniel moved from victimhood to gratitude. This sparked change and his life began to turn around.
Listen in as Daniel shares how he rose up from rock bottom to owning a 7-figure business. Daniel and I also discuss how we can increase our self-worth, how we should handle problems without going back to masking them, how a new environment can help in our transformation, and Daniel's advice for parents in raising responsible and well-founded children. And as a plus, Daniel also reveals the secret to making money penalty and tax-free.

"Balanced masculinity [is] where our definition of who we want to be comes from inside ourselves, when we have the ability to look at ourselves more objectively." -Jason Skeesick
If you were to be offered a very promising job, would you take it?
If you answered 'yes' then you're not doing what you were meant to be doing. Because if you were, nothing would be able to stop you from doing what you love.
In this episode, we will learn how we can find opportunities in the things that we love with US Army veteran, coach, entrepreneurial evangelist, and founder of Spear and Clover, Jason Skeesick.
Listen in as I interview Jason about what having core values mean and why they matter, how we can balance our view of masculinity, the three types of men we should be having in our circle, why we should learn to train others rather than doing things ourselves, how we can grow holistically, and how to make things that don't usually appeal to us exciting.

"Start changing how you think about things. Don't think like the average person." -Paul Halme
A good money mindset is the key to a successful financial life. It's what separates the people who make money and those who just have it. If we have a good money mindset, we understand that our wealth is not found in our bank account but in our ability to generate income, manage expenses, and build assets.
This week, I got to sit down with entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Champion, and bestselling author, Paul Halme.
Although being in the corporate world was an amazing experience for Paul, he still felt that something was missing. He wanted to do more— something different. So, he ventured to entrepreneurship and opened his own gym, which later became one of the most successful gyms in the US. Today, Paul is helping entrepreneurs grow their wealth while living a freedom lifestyle.
Listen in as Paul shares insights and wisdom to help us build a proper money mindset. Paul and I also discuss investment secrets to grow our wealth, what makes sales easier, how we can leverage our credit score, how automation can help us manage our assets, and why we should not forget to enjoy the journey while we're in it.

"Everybody has a unique way of being— You can't escape who you are. And so it's better to be the best you that you can be, rather than trying to be somebody else." -Steven Rudolph
Some people think that potential is something that you have, but haven't realized yet. But others believe that potential is something you can only reach when you achieve your goals. Like most things in life, there's a middle ground between these two points of view.
Steven Rudolph dreamed of being a rockstar. Sadly, following his dream didn't help him pay the bills so he applied as a teacher. At that moment, Steven realized that he had a knack for teaching and that he had a bigger mission to fulfill. He founded Feed Your Tigers, which is his way of saying "live your potential". Today, Steven continues to help others discover their true selves and live their purpose.
In this episode, Steven and I talk about how we can figure out our true potential and how to live it. We also discuss the difference between skills and talents, the truth about strengths and weaknesses, how we can balance our tigers so that it does not eat away at us nor overwhelm us, how we can overcome imposter syndrome, and why we should embrace and celebrate who we truly are.

"There's an opportunity if you have the right mentality." -Chaz Springer El
Success is a mindset. It's an internal attitude that influences our thoughts, actions, and emotions. People with a mind set up for success are positive and persistent. They have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn and profit from their mistakes. Most importantly, they are able to remain optimistic and believe in their dreams no matter how gigantic an obstacle may seem. It is therefore undeniable that having a positive mindset is essential to achieving any goal in life.
Chaz Springer El grew up in an environment filled with discrimination and violence. Realizing that this should not be the norm, Chaz rose up as the guy who would champion success and leave a legacy- a model for all those who can see him.
In this episode, Chaz relates the sad realities of living in the hood as he was growing up and how his experiences shaped him to become an agent of change. We also discuss how our search for a place to belong can take turns we do not expect, the two types of guys and what determines who will be successful, what can we do when others throw negativities at us, how we can find the gaps in every obstacles, how we can help create a sense of responsibility in the community, and how we can turn diversity into our power.

"Who we are is not our pain." -Greg Wieting
Trauma is a normal reaction to an abnormal situation. However, living with trauma isn't really ideal, especially if it's causing us to act out in destructive ways or making us withdraw and isolate ourselves from the people closest to us.
Trauma can also manifest itself in physical ways. We might start experiencing headaches, body pain, or problems with our digestion. We might find it hard to fall asleep, or we might start having nightmares.
Many times, people who have experienced trauma don't even realize that they're suffering from it. They just think that they're having a really bad day, or that they're just overwhelmed with work. So how do we know if our pain is a symptom of trauma or not?
In this episode, I sit with Greg Weiting, the Founder of PRISMA. He developed the Prisma Method from his own healing journey. Today, Greg is helping leaders, students, and individuals heal their trauma from the roots.
Listen in as Greg and I discuss the imprints of trauma so we can easily identify it, how trauma manifests itself in leadership and our relationships, how our healthcare system is failing us with regards to healing the root causes of our pain, and how we can reorient ourselves and ultimately heal from our trauma.

"What you made a choice on does not determine where your life is going to go. It might have an impact on it but you can choose. -Dylan Sessler
We've all been prisoners to our own darkness at some point in our lives. Maybe it was abuse, maybe it was addiction, maybe it was trauma—whatever your worst nightmare might be, there's a way out! It doesn't matter how far back your darkest moments are—you can use them as an opportunity for growth.
If you're stuck in a rut, it's not just because you don't have enough energy or motivation—it's because you haven't figured out how to harness the power of your past experiences yet.
Join me as I sit with mental health coach, author, social media influencer, and veteran, Dylan Sessler. You may find relatable moments as Dylan and I talk about what living in darkness feels like and how we can defy the darkness so that we can live life the way it should be lived.
