Matt and Derek prepare to get cancelled by discussing the players involved in convincing and affirming young girls to start gender transitioning to treat a diagnosis that they likely do not have, and the irreversible changes that treatment produces that do not appear to reduce anxiety, depression, self-harm and/or suicide.  Topics discussed are failures of empathy and sympathy, the cavalier way that transitioning is discussed, the law of parsimony, the fake expertise of transgender experts, the corruption of medicine by activism, projection, medication and treatment, websites that coach girls on the lies to tell physicians to receive treatment they likely don't need, de-transitioner videos,  and the sacrificing of a future that children are unaware exists.

Matt and Derek clarify what is known and unknown about unconscious bias and they discuss the modern abuse of the concept to deliberately leverage the average person's ignorance of the subject in order to generate division and sow chaos.  It's possible that abusers of the concept may just be ignorant and mindlessly repeating it while pretending to know what they're talking about, but either way, they should probably just keep quiet, before they needlessly create conflict.
