If you've followed my journey at all in the last year, you know that I've made some pretty significant discoveries about what was contributing to my own health. I used to struggle with a significant amount of symptoms ranging from anxiety to weight issues and infertility. As I've shared publicly about my health journey, so many moms have reached out to me wanting to know what I changes I made. So I'm sharing with you today my health story and the discoveries I made that have changed everything. And I'll give you some direction about how you can begin this journey of healing if it is a path you want to take.  Some topics we will discuss in this episode are functional doctors, identifying underlying health issues, food triggers, gut healing, supplements, detoxing our environment, and chiropractic care. It's no secret that motherhood requires sacrifice and growth that often feels painful. When the cheerios are crushing beneath our feet and our kids are shouting from the other room - we are often just trying to make it to the end of the day.
