Author of The Juggling Mother: Coming Undone in the Age of Anxiety, Amanda Watson shares her story of how she too had to work through her own juggles of motherhood and is now teaching others to re-examine how we value the structures of our society and also the structures of our own homes.

That's right mamas, that title is correct! Let's all stop trying to be #1 or world's greatest, motherhood isn't perfect, so we don't have to be either. Self care and stress management coach Justine Sones, believes exactly that and in this episode she shares how striving to be "world's most adequate mom" is actually what we all should be striving for. With new demands placed on all of us throughout this past year, Justine has continued to support and help mamas keep up to those demands and teach strategies to become a woman who truly understands her boundaries and how to advocate for her self care.

She teaches people to chart their menstrual cycles for natural birth control (over 99% effective), pregnancy planning, and managing hormonal health issues naturally. She helps people reclaim healthy cycles and busts the taboos around period talk.

What we love about Julia is her encouraging words, her honesty and how everyday she tells it like it is, even when the days aren’t 10/10. She is bravely putting herself out into the world as she navigates how to love herself unapologetically.

She is a lover of fitness and health, commercial actor by chance, but professional encourager by choice. She learned at a young age the impact of positive thinking and how encouraging others can in fact lift yourself to places you never would have dreamed of achieving.
