Guilt & Jealousy.
2 emotions that typically stir up negative feelings. 2 emotions that we typically aren't proud of. 2 emotions that we ALL face, at one time or another.
So when these emotions pop up, we can surrender to the negativity of jealousy, or we can allow jealousy to light the path to our dreams, and we can surrender to the pull of of our dreams.
If we choose to allow jealousy to light the path to our dreams, guilt often shows up. And guilt... guilt kills more dreams than failure ever has.
So how can we harness these emotions- guilt and jealousy- to not only guide our path, but help us to live out our dreams and goals?
I'll share exactly the how-to in this episode.

Okay, so we've crossed the halfway point of 2021. And you may be looking back and wondering where this year has gone. Most of us set goals in January, and most people have abandoned those goals long before now. But not us!
In this episode we will look at the goals we set at the first of the year, evaluate them and make a plan to crush them... even if they seem too far away at this point!
Our culture wants to define self care as bubble baths, giant pieces of chocolate cake, girls nights out, and spa days. And while these things are nice, they often times seem so out of reach. Self care shouldn't be about treating ourselves (although treating ourselves is important too!) but rather it should be more about forming healthy, daily habits and caring for ourselves mentally, physically and spiritually.
I'll share 5 key components of self care in this episode. We will discuss:
1. Establishing daily habits that care for your physical health.
2. Learning to be introspective and listen to your mind and body.
3. Defining and enforcing boundaries.
4. Guarding the doors to your mind.
5. Treating yourself.
I'll then share with you HOW to implement these daily habits and create a life where self care is just part of our routine instead of something you run to when you feel like life has pushed you to your limit.
I'm sure you've heard at least one of the following sayings:
Or...
Well, for better or worse, it's true.
The people you surround yourself with matter. Just as a multi-national, multi-billion dollar company carefully considers who sits on their board of directors, so should you carefully consider who you allow to sit on your board of directors.
So, are you surrounding yourself with people who raise you up, encourage you to be the best version of yourself and celebrate the milestone wins along the way? Or are the people you surround yourself with actually lowering your standards?
In this episode we will explore just how exactly your friends and peer groups are either causing you to tone up or tone down your life. We will talk about what to do when you need to boot someone out of your close 5, and how to replace that person. We will also look at the differences between your peer group, mentors and coaches, and how each of these can add value and raise the standards of your close 5.
In this episode, we are talking about the qualities of greatness... you know, those people who seem to leave a trail of confetti everywhere they go.
Some people just seem to turn everything they touch into gold. They are successful in every endeavor they undertake, whether it be in business or in their personal life. So what's their secret?
In this episode we will talk about qualities that these people all seem to have in common and I'll be sharing 3 secrets to greatness with you and how you can implement these three things into your life so you can achieve greatness too!
Want a sneak peak into those 3 secrets?
1. Identify your dragons, slay your dragons, fill your cup.
2. Get crystal clear on your goals.
3. Focus on what you can control.

After releasing the last episode, Ep 6: 4 Excuses You Don't Even Realize You're Making, I started to become bombarded with so many different things about excuses...
I had 2 separate training calls, both centering around excuses.
The new book I started reading was talking about excuses.
A friend in my Push group recommended a podcast... you guessed it, about excuses.
So I knew that God was trying to tell me something. I sat down, examined my recent behaviors and realized that I was falling out of some of the habits I had worked so hard to establish. I was making excuses.
So I knew I had more to share.
If you struggle with making excuses... or even if you don't... check out this episode.
In this episode, I'm diving deeper into excuses.
You were made to live an extraordinary life. Settling for anything less, while you blame lack of time, lack of energy, lack of resources, or lack of self belief, well, that's just not gonna get it, sis.
So let's really dive in. And let's commit together to ditching whatever excuses we've been leaning on. Let's go all in and live that extraordinary life we were meant for.
