Sabotage happens to every single person running their own small business - it doesn't matter if you are a new business owner or if you have been running your business for a few years, sabotage happens to us all.

This is one podcast episode I nearly didn't record because I understand how triggering our current economic situation in the UK in 2022 is.  However, I have supported business owners through many economic uncertainty in the past so I have decided to share with you the 5 Steps that I will be taking in my own business to ensure it continues to thrive during our current recession and other economic challenges.

Step 1) Double down on your mindset

Build your belief in you and your business on a daily basis so you can find solutions to overcome any challenges that come your way. Get started with listening to my wealth & abundance hypnosis every day (see free link below).

Step 2)  Limit what you take in

 We are already seeing and hearing a barrage of negative news from many sources, this is a personal decision but limit how much negative news you consume so it doesn't make you feel overwhelmed and isn't feeding your own personal mind monkeys about thriving or even surviving this time.

Step 3) Be Visible

Once again its about doubling down, this time on your visibility.  Become consistent with your marketing and clearly communicate what you are promoting and why people need it.

Step 4) Solve Problems

Make sure your offers solve problems that your soul mate client has - so you are a need to have not a nice to have.  Be clear about how you solve the problems of your soul mate clients.  Communicate this clearly.

Step 5) One Thing

Focus on one OFFER that solves a problem for your audience, that you love to deliver and you can become KNOWN for.  Sell it on repeat and at a price point that allows you to scale your income.

This time of year for so many business owners can be where the most money in the year is generated.

To help you to maximise this opportunity so that your business is thriving, I am sharing my 5 Steps to an Autumnal Reset for you and your business.

Get ready to harness the FRESH energy of September and to step into creating EVEN more abundance and success in the next 4 months in your business.

5 Steps To Your Autumnal Reset:

1. Declutter
   
   Prepare for onboarding new clients, get rid of old client files and notes, put away old journals and notebooks, review your bookcase - what can you choose to let go of?
   
   
2. Get your finances up to date
   
   Get your accounts in order, make sure you are completely up to date, review your outgoings, make a plan for reducing any debt, get rid of old paperwork, track your money.
   
   
3. Simplify your business model.
   
   Figure out  the simplest way for you to meet your income goal?  Focus on making this happen so that business growth starts to become easy for you . I talk more about this in last week’s podcast which I will link below.
   
   
4. Plan
   
   Get clear about HOW you will grow your business in the coming months.  Map out your launches, forecast your sales and growth, figure out what you need to do / know in order to make these things happen.
   
   
5. Up level your mindset
   
   Everything you have felt and belief have got you to this point.  In order to maximise your growth you want to up level your mindset and surround yourself with the feeling of abundance.  I share 2 powerful resources below that will help you to grow your mindset.
