“The dreaded tax time” Tax season doesn’t have to feel cumbersome if you shift your thought processes as it relates to money.
I mean you’re going to have to pay the money regardless so why stress about it.
Avoiding the tax conversation won’t make it go away
Fighting with your CPA doesn’t mean that you’re not going to pay Uncle Sam what’s due to them
So why not just do it peacefully and be grateful that you’re in the position to be the lender and not the borrower?
It’s actually a blessing that you’re not receiving money back from the IRS that means you’ve likely generated a lot of money!!!!!!!
Now what you do with that money is the key.
Are you finding ways legally to build TAX-FREE WEALTH
Shift some of that energy towards finding ways to reduce your overall burden so that tax season can be an enjoyable one for you each year and not a dreaded conversation
*disclaimer* I’m not a CPA or other financial professional I help high-achieving women professionals change their relationship with money so that they can do whatever they want with their lives.
I do have a tax philosophy and no longer dread tax season so I figured if I can change my mindset, I can definitely help you transform yours too!!!!

Abou...The busyness mindset can be a limiting belief. Being constantly "busy" can make it difficult for you to see your progress and feel motivated to continue on that path or work towards a goal. It also means that you have less time and energy to devote to your money mindset, which could lead you down the road of financial distress.
We often believe that the more we do, the better or more productive we are. It’s not just a mindset but also an epidemic, with many people believing they are only successful if they constantly working. The busyness mindset may get you some riches but not the joy of being truly wealthy on a physical, emotional, and mental level. What if I told you the “Busy” pattern may be a form of procrastination or avoidance of some of the deeper things that you do not want to deal with but may be the very thing that helps shift your mindset so that you can break free from the fear of pursuing certain financial goals or entrepreneurship.
Join me, your host, in this amazing episode of the MoneyMindsetMD podcast as we talk about your money mindset and how your busyness is a limiting belief to your life and practical ways you can navigate that.

Abou...If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a rat race, or on autopilot, it is time to take a step back and find a better way. Sometimes as Physicians, we can get to a place where our goal is just about targeting the numbers (RVU) and running out of the clinical encounter to see the next patient, even though we feel disconnected we keep going because that's what we've been conditioned to do, put on a badge of idealized resiliency and "fake it til you make it" construct. Well, my fellow Doc let's shatter this limiting belief. You must learn to stop and breathe. Giving so much of your time and having no time for self-care is not sustainable. You need time to pause, rejuvenate, rethink your strategies, and adjust your goals in life. Always being on the go will leave you burned out, depleted, and unable to make the best decisions for yourself, your loved ones, and your patients.
