hello travelers and monster catchers abound. im stelliferous and this is my voice mail. leave a message, if you just want to say some thing.
Most people only see the glowing waves and endless reefs beneath the twin suns and three eternal moons. They never see what waits beneath the surface.
Today’s episode takes us to one of the most dangerous places I’ve ever visited… Velmora Reef Island.
An abandoned research island surrounded by jagged cliffs, violent tides, and whispers of creatures lurking beneath the waves.
What started as a simple ocean expedition quickly became one of the most emotional Glyph encounters our team has ever experienced.
Deep within the hidden Cave of Velthor, we discovered a mysterious aquatic mammal Glyph known as the Sharlamur — a powerful shark lemur hybrid capable of creating tidal waves strong enough to destroy entire ships.
At first, the Sharlamur attacked us without hesitation, sinking our raft and nearly trapping us inside the flooded cave forever. But the truth behind its aggression was something none of us expected.
It wasn’t protecting territory.
It was protecting its eggs.
As we learned more about the creature, we discovered the Sharlamur is actually highly intelligent and deeply emotional, only becoming violent when its children are threatened. Using moves like Shark Attack, Tail Spin, Fin Win, and Sharp Eye, this ocean guardian proved why it is feared throughout the Moonwake Ocean.
But surprisingly…
The one person it connected with most wasn’t me.
It was Astra.
For the first time since joining our team, Astra finally found a companion who understood her loneliness. After gaining the Sharlamur’s trust using red kelp and patience instead of force, she successfully bonded with the aquatic Glyph and became its official caretaker.
But our adventure didn’t end there.
After our boat was destroyed, we were forced to explore the abandoned Velmora research facility in search of a way home — only to awaken a horrifying swarm of ancient cave Glyphs hidden beneath the island.
And at the center of it all…
The monstrous Abyssarach.
If not for the Sharlamur, I honestly don’t think we would’ve survived.
This episode explores trust, fear, motherhood, and the bonds that form between Glyphs and Catchers when compassion is stronger than fear.
And honestly?
I don’t think Astra was alone anymore after that day.

If somebody had told me a giant spider kangaroo would eventually become one of the most trusted Glyphs in our sanctuary…
I would’ve laughed directly in their face.
Then probably backed away slowly.
Because Arachnaroos are TERRIFYING the first time you see one.
Imagine you’re walking through the Inado Desert beneath the endless glow of Nibiru’s twin suns and three moons. The sandstorm around you is so loud you can barely hear your own thoughts, your rover is overheating, Aura Beak is screaming at literally nothing, and suddenly—
The ground explodes.
That was my introduction to Arachnaroo.
And honestly?
I almost became part of the desert that day.
The mission started because Professor Orion picked up strange movement readings deep beneath the dunes of Inado. The signals were unlike anything we’d seen before. Too fast for normal Glyph tunneling patterns.
Naturally I wanted to investigate immediately.
Zena called me irresponsible.
Luna called me insane.
Aura Beak tried eating the scanner.
Completely normal expedition.
The deeper we traveled into the desert, the stranger things became. The dunes looked wrong somehow. Smooth patterns covered the sand like something massive had been dragging itself beneath the surface.
Then we found the webs.
Silver strands stretched between giant crystal rocks, glowing softly beneath the eternal sky. They looked beautiful from a distance.
Up close?
They were strong enough to crack stone.
“That’s concerning,” Zena said quietly.
Then the web moved.
Not because of the wind.
Something had touched it.
The clicking sound came next.
Soft.
Fast.
Every direction at once.
My stomach dropped immediately.
“Guys…” Luna whispered. “Something’s watching us.”
The sand behind the rover exploded before I could even turn around.
A massive shape burst upward in a storm of glowing sand and webbing.
Aura Beak screamed.
I screamed.
Honestly everybody screamed.
The creature landed in front of us with enough force to shake the entire dune.
And there she was.
Arachnaroo.
She had the powerful muscular legs of a kangaroo, but her upper body moved with terrifying spider-like precision. Eight glowing cosmic eyes reflected the suns overhead while silver silk dripped from her claws.
And her fur…
I still don’t think words fully describe it.
It looked like the galaxy itself lived beneath her skin.
Tiny stars drifted beneath glowing pink-purple fur while constellations shimmered every time she moved.
Beautiful.
Horrifying.
Mostly horrifying at the time.
She crouched low.
Then disappeared.
Not invisible.
FAST.
I turned around just in time to see her hanging upside down above the rover.
I nearly ascended spiritually right there.
Then she hissed.
And suddenly hundreds of tiny glowing eyes opened beneath the sand around us.
Baby Arachnaroos.
Dozens of them.
Tiny fluffy spider kangaroos crawled from beneath the dunes chirping nervously while surrounding the massive adult.
That changed everything instantly.
Because now I understood.
We weren’t dealing with a predator hunting us.
We had stumbled into a nest.
Arachnaroo wasn’t trying to kill us.
She thought WE were dangerous.
Honestly? fair

In this episode of The Monster Catchers Journal, I travel deep into the glowing tulip fields of the Bloomhollow Plains after my Glyph detector picks up a completely unknown life signature beneath the soil of Nibiru. What starts as a normal expedition quickly turns terrifying when Luna, Zena, astra, Aura Beak, and I discover an underground colony of gigantic insect-like mammal Glyphs known as Mootites.
These strange creatures are part termite and part mammal, with glowing red eyes, massive digging claws, cow-like markings, and strange nutrient-producing bodies that allow them to feed entire colonies beneath the surface. But things spiral out of control when we accidentally disturb the nest and awaken the colossal Queen of the colony, Empress Mooterra.
Forced to flee through collapsing tunnels and swarms of baby Mootites, we soon discover the colony isn’t attacking out of hatred it’s protecting its infected young from a deadly fungal parasite spreading underground. After helping cure one of the sick babies, the Queen offers me an ancient Glyphid and entrusts me with one of her children.
That baby becomes Moolite.
Back at our hidden underground sanctuary, however, things become much less dramatic and much more chaotic. Moolite immediately begins fighting with Aura Beak over beds, muffins, snack crumbs, and basically everything else inside the sanctuary tunnels. Between screeching matches, stolen pastries, and Astra getting flattened by hungry Glyphs, the sanctuary quickly descends into complete madness.
This episode features:
Sometimes being a Glyph Catcher means surviving dangerous monsters beneath the planet’s surface.
And sometimes it means stopping your children from fighting over baked goods.

Today I’m finally introducing one of the rarest Glyphs I have ever encountered on Nibiru… Pommeraith.
This Cosmic/Fae type Glyph was discovered deep within the Inado Desert inside a mysterious place known as the Swinging Willows a forest that should not even exist. The trees there move without wind, the air smells like sweet apples, and strange glowing spores drift through the darkness like tiny stars.
That is where I found Pommeraith.
At first I thought the stories about it were fake. Most travelers believed Pommeraith was only a desert myth because almost nobody had ever seen one and lived to talk about it. But after following an ancient signal into the Swinging Willows, Aura Beak and I came face to face with the truth.
Pommeraith is unlike any Glyph I’ve ever seen before.
Its head resembles a bright red apple with glowing blue eyes and a small worm-like horn curling from the top beside a leaf stem. Its body is covered in soft dark fur while massive cosmic butterfly wings spread behind it glowing with star-like patterns. Despite its adorable appearance, Pommeraith possesses incredible abilities connected to spores, illusion energy, and ancient forest magic.
But what makes Pommeraith truly special… is its story.
When I first encountered it, the poor thing was being hunted by Sand Stalkers inside the Swinging Willows. The creature was terrified and alone. Through visions shown by the ancient willow trees, I learned that Pommeraith’s species had nearly gone extinct long ago after hunters invaded their forest and the desert swallowed their home.
At least…
That’s what we thought.
After Luna, Zena, and Astra rescued Aura Beak and me from the Sand Stalkers, we discovered something unbelievable hidden beneath the dunes near the forest.
A second Pommeraith.
A baby.
The little one was weak and hiding alone beneath the rocks of the desert, but the older Pommeraith immediately recognized it and protected it like family. It was one of the sweetest moments I’ve ever witnessed during my journeys as a Glyph Catcher.
Since bringing them back to the sanctuary, the two Pommeraiths have adapted surprisingly fast… maybe a little too fast.
The baby Pommeraith quickly became best friends with our resident chaos gremlin Patches, which has already resulted in glowing paint explosions, destroyed storage rooms, and Aura Beak losing his patience at least twelve times.
The older Pommeraith is much calmer and acts almost like a protective older sibling or parent. It watches over the baby constantly and seems deeply connected to emotions around it. Whenever someone in the sanctuary feels upset or anxious, Pommeraith quietly floats nearby and releases glowing calming spores into the air.
It’s honestly one of the gentlest Glyphs I’ve ever met.
But there is still much we do not know.
Why does the Swinging Willows appear and disappear?
How many Pommeraiths once existed?
And why were the Sand Stalkers so desperate to hunt them?
Those are mysteries I still plan to uncover.
For now, the last known Pommeraiths on Nibiru are safe here in our underground sanctuary… where they will hopefully continue causing only manageable levels of chaos.
Hopefully.

When we first brought Echovern home from the Echo River, I never imagined our sanctuary would end up filled with tiny hatchlings running across the floors and mimicking everyone they heard. For weeks the underground base echoed with squeaky croaks, splashing water, and Aura Beak getting bullied by babies half his size.
But today was adoption day.
Since we’ve been hiding from the Council of Elders, we couldn’t use the Cross Sigils Outpost anymore. That place has been abandoned for a long while now, and honestly… returning there would’ve been too dangerous for everyone involved. So instead, we opened the hidden sanctuary itself to trusted caretakers from across Nibiru.
I was nervous at first.
The sanctuary is our home.
Our safe place.
Letting strangers inside while the Council hunts us felt risky, but the moment the guests arrived and the hatchlings waddled over to greet them, all that fear started fading away.
Each baby found someone.
Ripple bonded with a young boy almost instantly and followed him everywhere.
Mossfin curled up beside an older couple from Verdent Stock like he had known them forever.
One of the little troublemakers kept copying Luna’s voice and got named Grumble because of it which honestly fit perfectly.
Watching Echovern interact with her babies before they left nearly broke me. Every hatchling returned to her one last time before going with their new families, and she gently touched her snout against theirs like she was saying goodbye in her own way.
I think she understood.
That we weren’t taking them away from her.
We were giving them a future.
Afterward we held a huge Verdent Stock picnic inside the sanctuary beside the aquatic pond. Lantern Glyphs floated overhead while everyone shared food, stories, and laughed at the babies causing chaos. At one point Ripple fell directly into a bowl of fruit and copied a scream so perfectly that half the sanctuary panicked.
Even with the Council of Elders still out there somewhere… tonight felt peaceful.
For the first time in a long time, the sanctuary didn’t feel like a bunker or a hiding spot.
It felt like a home filled with life.
And as I watched the new caretakers leave with their adopted Echoverns safely in their arms, I realized something.
Maybe protecting Glyphs isn’t just about catching them.
Maybe it’s about making sure they’re loved long after they leave your care.

Today wasn’t supposed to be anything special.
It started like any other day in hiding quiet, tense, and careful. But everything changed the moment the detector led us back toward Yukimori’s remains. That’s where I found him—Kurofangra. A glyph forged from the same eruption as Tuskunai, carrying blades instead of fear, and power instead of hesitation.
He didn’t fight me the way most glyphs do.
He judged me.
And when he chose to come with me… I knew things were about to change.
Bringing him back to the sanctuary wasn’t easy. Even inside his glyphid, I could feel the tension between him and Tuskunai like two storms trying not to collide. And Aura Beak? He felt it immediately. The moment Kurofangra was released, the entire room turned into a silent standoff.
Three different powers.
One space.
And me in the middle, trying to hold it together.
But something shifted.
They didn’t fight.
They chose not to.
And that choice… mattered.
Because not long after that, the Council found us.
They didn’t knock.
They tried to break their way in and take what they still think belongs to them.
But this time
We didn’t run.
We fought.
Together.
Aura Beak struck from above. Tuskunai moved with precision. Kurofangra cut through everything in front of him. And for the first time since we started hiding…
We pushed the Council back.
We won.
After that, things felt different.
Zena and Luna came out ready to fight but they didn’t need to. Not this time. And somehow, in the middle of everything, Astra walked out with a tray of starbound muffins like the world wasn’t almost ending.
And honestly?
That might’ve been the best part.
Because for a moment, we weren’t being hunted.
We weren’t preparing for the next attack.
We were just… home.
We sealed the sanctuary after that stronger than before. Not just with power, but with trust.
That’s what this episode was really about.
Not just gaining another glyph.
Not just beating the Council.
But learning that strength doesn’t come from power alone.
It comes from standing together.
And now?
If the Council comes back…
They won’t find us hiding.
They’ll find us ready.
hello travelers and monster catchers abound. im stelliferous and this is my voice mail. leave a message, if you just want to say some thing.
Today’s entry is… different.
Some Glyphs you track. Some you chase. Some you barely survive.
Tuskunai?
…Tuskunai felt like I interrupted something I wasn’t meant to see.
We found it buried beneath the ruins of the Stormscar Delta if “found” is even the right word. It didn’t emerge like a creature.
It unfolded.
An elephant-shaped Glyph, forged from metal and gravity itself, balanced on a kunai-like spike as if the world beneath it didn’t matter. It doesn’t walk. It doesn’t run.
It hops.
Each movement precise. Measured.
And every landing bends the world around it.
The Glyph Detector Gun confirmed what my instincts already knew Tuskunai wasn’t natural.
It was created the day the Yukimori Volcano erupted… the same day the Yukimori Powerplant melted down.
Lava met radioactive air.
And the wildlife of that valley didn’t just mutate
They were forged.
Tuskunai was once something living.
An elephant-like creature that got caught between two disasters and came out the other side as something… weaponized.
But the most unsettling part?
It wasn’t whole when I caught it.
Part of it still existed in Yukimori.
Still moving.
Still hopping.
Like it never left.
I had to make a choice.
Leave it split between two realities…
Or finish what the disaster started.
So I used the Forge Chamber.
Something I swore I wouldn’t rely on.
And I completed it.
Now Tuskunai is stable.
Whole.
No more echoes. No second signal.
It stays where it stands.
Moves when it chooses.
But there’s something I haven’t told Zena.
Something I haven’t logged officially.
Sometimes… late at night…
When everything is quiet
No movement. No activity.
I still hear it.
CLINK.
Just once.
And I can’t tell if it’s a memory…
…or if a small part of Tuskunai is still out there
hopping in a place that no longer exists.

Today, I’m taking you with us back to the moment everything changed. The day we found Mootaa… and her baby. On Nibiru, danger doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes, it waits in silence. And that’s exactly what we walked into when our glyph detectors led us deep into the Inado Desert. The readings were off the charts but there was nothing there. No sound. No movement. No warning. Until she revealed herself. Mootaa wasn’t like any Glyph we’d seen before an impossible fusion with a piercing beak and towering snail-like eye stalks that struck faster than we could react. Her attack what I later named Snail Snap was precise, aggressive, and relentless. But something felt different. She wasn’t hunting us. She was protecting something. And then we heard it A smaller voice. A softer “mootaa…” That’s when we saw the baby. Everything changed in that moment. What we thought was a hostile encounter… was really a mother standing her ground. Injured, exhausted, and still willing to fight anything that got too close to her child. Instead of attacking, we made a choice. We helped her. And in return… She trusted us.
That trust became something even greater when I brought out a Glyphid. What happened next has never been recorded before both Mootaa and her baby chose to be captured together, their bond so strong they refused to be separated. Two Glyphs. One Glyphid. A shared connection. We brought them back to our hidden base beneath the desert, where they now live in a controlled environment built just for them. And for the first time since we met her… Mootaa wasn’t fighting anymore. She was at peace. This wasn’t just a capture. It was a reminder Glyphs aren’t just creatures to study or contain. They feel. They protect. They choose. And sometimes… If you listen closely enough They choose you back.
“…mootaa…”
hello travelers and monster catchers abound. im stelliferous and this is my voice mail. leave a message, if you just want to say some thing.
I didn’t find Tengo.
He found me.
When I first saw him, I thought he was part of the forest just another pattern woven into the Lanternwood. That’s what makes him so dangerous… and so special. Tengo doesn’t just hide he becomes. Light, shadow, texture, movement… he studies it all and blends so perfectly that even I can lose track of him if I’m not careful. But beneath that ability is something deeper. He’s always watching. Learning. Understanding. Tengo is classified as an Umbra-type Glyph, but that label barely scratches the surface. He doesn’t behave like other shadow-aligned creatures I’ve encountered. He isn’t aggressive by nature, and he doesn’t lash out unless something threatens his balance or his environment. Instead, he observes first—always calculating, always adapting. His body is made of layered, leaf-like structures that constantly shift in pattern and tone. I’ve noticed that his appearance changes depending on his surroundings, almost like he’s mirroring the world around him. His horns glow with a warm, golden light, which feels… strange for something tied to Umbra energy. It’s like he exists between two states—light and shadow, order and chaos.
And maybe that’s why they want him so badly. Tengo’s camouflage isn’t just visual. It’s structural. He can alter the way he’s perceived, not just how he looks. That means he can hide from sight, from sensors… maybe even from things we don’t fully understand yet. I’ve started to realize that what he does isn’t just hiding it’s rewriting how he fits into reality. That kind of power isn’t something the Council should ever control. But Tengo isn’t a weapon. Not to me. He’s cautious, but he trusts me now. He stays close, even when he disappears from view. Sometimes I can feel him before I see him like the air shifts slightly, or the light bends just enough to give him away. He chose to come with me. And I won’t betray that. Whatever the Council wants with him… whatever Stars Align is planning… They won’t get Tengo. Not as long as I’m still standing.
hello travelers and monster catchers abound. im stelliferous and this is my voice mail. leave a message, if you just want to say some thing.
It started as just another call.
Another “dangerous Glyph” sighting.
Another order from the Council to contain something they didn’t understand.
But the moment I saw him… I knew this was different.
When we got to the Verdent Market, it was completely abandoned. Stalls knocked over, fruit everywhere—like everyone had run for their lives. And honestly? I thought we were about to do the same.
Then the ground started shaking.
And he appeared.
This massive, metallic-blue, dinosaur-like Glyph stepped out from behind the market ruins… and I swear, my heart stopped. He was huge—like nothing I’d ever seen before.
But the weirdest part?
There were bushes growing out of his back.
Strawberry bushes.
Actual strawberries.
I didn’t even have time to process it before he roared and came charging straight at us. Luna panicked, Zena started yelling, Aura Beak took off—and yeah… I really thought that was it for us.
I thought we were about to get eaten.
But then…
Something felt off.
He wasn’t snapping at us.
He wasn’t trying to attack.
He was just… chasing.
That’s when I saw it—a ball rolling across the ground.
And instead of going for us…
He went for the ball.
That’s when it hit me.
He didn’t want to hurt us.
He just wanted to play.
I don’t think I’ve ever felt relief hit me that fast in my life.
We named him Strawbrawn after that.
Yeah, I know—it sounds ridiculous—but once you see him, it just fits.
He’s powerful… but gentle.
Massive… but playful.
And those strawberries on his back? They’re not just for show. He can actually grow plant life around him. It’s like he carries an entire ecosystem wherever he goes.
Which, apparently, is exactly why the Council wanted him.
They called me not long after we figured him out. I told them everything—that he wasn’t dangerous, that he was calm, that he could be studied without being locked up.
They didn’t care.
To them, he was still a threat.
Something to contain.
Something to control.
And I knew what that meant.
So… we made a choice.
We caught him—but not for them.
We took him somewhere hidden. Somewhere safe. An old greenhouse outside the mapped zones. It felt right… like he belonged there.
Like he could finally just exist.
For a second… I thought that was the end of it.
I really did.
But I should’ve known better.
The Council sent someone after us.
Not a team.
Just one person.
And honestly? That made it worse.
They didn’t yell. They didn’t threaten.
They just… knew.
Knew we were hiding him.
Knew we were lying.
And when they tried to take him—
That’s when everything changed.
Strawbrawn got scared. Really scared. And when they trapped him, when I saw that look in his eyes… I couldn’t just stand there.
I couldn’t let them take him.
So I did something I probably wasn’t ready for.
Something I didn’t fully understand.
But it worked.
I freed him.
And when he broke out… when that power surged through him…
That’s when I realized—
Strawbrawn isn’t just a Glyph.
He’s something more.
Something the Council doesn’t understand.
Something they’re afraid of.
Now they’re coming back.
Not just one agent.
Not just a small team.
More.
And this time… they won’t underestimate us.
But they don’t get it.
They still think this is about control.
About containment.
About power.
It’s not.
It’s about trust.
And I made a promise the moment Strawbrawn looked at me like I was someone he could rely on.
I’m not breaking that.
No matter what the Council says.
No matter what they send after us.
We’re done running.
