Challenge: Apologize for a mistake you made, or to someone you've hurt or pushed away, and ask forgiveness. 

Challenge: Take 30 minutes to do something that refreshes your soul. 

Challenge: Put down your phone from 4 pm - 7 pm .

1. Write down something that you want to do but think you can't do or are not worthy to do.

2. Write down 1-2 things blocking you from pursing this.

3. Write 3 positive things that could happen if you do this.

4. Give yourself 20 seconds tell yourself "all things are possible"

5. Throw the paper away, pursue the thing

Challenge: Sacrifice something small today for something bigger for your future. 

Challenge: Get to know one thing about someone different than yourself. Ask them their story, what they are passionate about, what keeps them up at night or what do they like about their job.
