Celebrity Chef Patrick joins Doc Thompson to give a report of his recent trip to Denver where he got to explore the pot use in the food industry. As marijuana becomes legal on different states many people are starting to use the marijuana in food as oils and butter.

Chef Patrick talks about a personal story where his mother dies from a diabetic coma and that's where he became interested in nutritional cooking. Chef Patrick says, "If I had known about this then I probably would have tried to supplement her diet with CBT oils because there is no side effect. It's been shown to work with a lot of people that have like us or people with severe gastrointestinal problems because it allows the body to relax the central nervous system."

Doc Thompson and The Morning Blaze crew talk about a new class at Eastern Illinois University that compares sex to pizza when it comes to sexual consent. During this event students are paired with each others as they toppings on a felt pizza. The goal of this workshop is to open communication and compromise when it comes to asking for consent.

In the last 24 hours a lot of companies have come out against the #MuslimBan saying that they will either hire refugees [Starbucks] or house refugees [AirBnB]. Doc Thompson starts a campaign #Hire10000Veterans to find jobs for at least 10,000 veterans. Doc asks the audience, "Even if you don't own a business or you're not a veteran but you want to help. Take a moment today or tomorrow e-mail just a couple of people you know if you know somebody who owns a business I mean a lot of these are going to be more bigger or medium sized businesses. 'Hey are you hiring? We're trying to hire veterans.' I know you are a veteran I know you support veterans groups can you commit to hiring one veteran this month."

Doc closes the segment by, "Starbucks has spoken. They have showed you where their values are beyond just hiring refugees over veterans. They've shown you their values our standing with immigrants over the rule of law by immigrants I mean illegal immigrants over the rule of law they've stood with other progressive causes and that's fine that's their right and it's your right to support them or not."
