Host Eric Dehm is joined by Justin Carlisle of the Mid-Atlantic Hiking Group to discuss his organization's belief that the outdoors and socialization of a hiking group can help vets both physically and mentally in the best of health and how that belief led to the groups "Vets Hike Across Maryland" event that is kicking off in April and will see a group of over 100 veterans hike the entire Maryland segment of the Appalachian Trail.

Hilton Hotels, founded by WW1 vet Conrad Hilton, has hired 10,000 vets over the past 4-plus years. Hilton's Lauren Bacon and Christina Saragnese tell us they plan to hire 20,000 more by 2020. 

Betsy Nunez and emily Nunez Cavness were born into a military family and grew up on posts around the country. Emily would go on to join the Army and would then come up with an idea that would send the sisters on an amazing entrepreneurial adventure.
