Underneath our exteriors lies our core. The place we pivot from. The gears in our machine, the fulcrum of our existence. How strong is your mental core today? In these times of uncertainty, how confident are you in your abilities? Ask yourself if you feel challenged or relieved right now? Either answer will lead you to a new space of creation for sure..

The day we are born is special to me. It sparks all sorts of questions in my head and I take it seriously deep inside my soul. It’s not the age so much as it is the actual present moment. Where I am right now in my consciousness.. I am so fortunate to have been born. I am grateful.

There are times when we feel that we have nothing to pull from. Times when we feel depleted or defeated. In these times, what do we pull from. When the energy around us dips down, can we create from zero? What do you do? How do you react?

This is not the end. Stand up to this time like your life depends on it, because it does. I am not even going to type the name of this special gift that we have received. I recorded this to simply state on thing. Please stay up. Be happy. Take time to listen to your gut. You are powerful, you are capable, you are able to overcome this...

Social media has wrapped us up in its coils... The fascination with broadcasting our lives has become bigger than all of us. People are exposing the good, the bad, and the ugly with no concerns at all. So how much should we post? How much of our personal lives is fair game for everyone?

Ah yes, the stepchild of currency. Why do we treat it the way that we do? It’s still money, yet it’s pushed to the side in every way. How did that happen? What is your take on the penny?

How do we speak to our loved ones about addiction? I’m an amateur on this topic. It has so many twists and turns. Can anyone person really give you the top pointers to insure a smooth chat? I’m not sure they can. I attempted it... I think it went relatively well..

Do we gain from life when we are patient? Has that been your experience thus far? What about patience makes you happy or even exist a little better? Is it an asset or a deficit of yours?

Are you a good judge of character? Can you say that you read others well? How long does it take to be sure? I work on this constantly, and I do it with compassion. It’s not a perfect science at all...
