1) An Angry Husband Rammed His Own House with a Car and Dump Truck. A 62-year-old guy in L.A. crashed a dump truck into his own house on Sunday, because his wife is leaving him and was getting a restraining order. The wife believes he was trying to kill her. She said the portion of the home he was ramming with the vehicles was her bedroom. The man drove by the house multiple times. He crashed a Chevy Impala into the home before returning in a dump truck and doing more damage, then came back in the Impala again.  What have you ever done out of anger and did the situation end? 2) One of the co-hosts on The TALK Amanda Kloots says she was criticized for working out after her mother-in-law's death. When a loved one leaves the planet, has anyone ever told you how to grieve? What is your coping skill?  3) George Santos (or whatever name he uses)  just can't seem to curtail the lies. Now he says he was a volleyball champion from a school he never attended. NOT He said he had business with Deutsche Bank, NOT!  And Lies go on. 4) A California girl has overcome one hurdle in her search for a magical creature: permission from Los Angeles County animal control officials to look after a unicorn in her backyard. In a handwritten letter dated Nov. 14, the girl, identified only as Madeline, wrote to Los Angeles County and asked it to allow her to look after a unicorn at home, should she succeed in corralling one. I would like your approval if I can have a unicorn in my backyard if I can find one,” Madeline, 6, wrote. “Please send me a letter in response.”On Nov. 30,  the director of the Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control wrote back. and said she had approved a unicorn license for Madeline and listed the county’s five conditions for unicorn licensing. I want a Unicorn permit.

Associated Press: A failed GOP candidate who authorities said was angry over his defeat and made baseless claims the election last November was “rigged” against him was arrested in connection with a series of drive-by shootings targeting the homes of Democratic lawmakers in New Mexico’s largest city. Solomon Pena, 39, was arrested Monday evening, just hours after SWAT officers took him into custody and served search warrants at his home, police said. Albuquerque Police Chief Harold Medina described Pena as the “mastermind” of what he said appears to be a politically motivated conspiracy leading to shootings at the homes of two county commissioners and two state legislators between early December and early January. No one was injured in the shootings but in one case, three bullets passed through the bedroom of a state senator’s 10-year-old daughter. Why is the GOP so petty?  The Tampa Bay Buccaneers qualified for the playoffs for the third straight season in 2022 but then made their quickest exit in that span with a dispiriting 31-14 loss to the visiting Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card Round. Tom Brady, where does he go from here?

1) Dr. King led a nonviolent campaign for racial justice during the civil rights movement. His contributions to the movement and to American democracy make him a worthy and essential figure to learn about. MLK helped pass the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. made history as a defining leader of the Civil Rights movement who preached a message of nonviolent resistance. His hand in organizing a number of significant protests, marches and speeches helped bring about landmark legislation — most notably the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965 — and his message continues to resonate today.   From Quora: If Texas finally decides it's time to secede, how will we keep Californians from trying to cross illegally into Texas? The votes for speaker of the House are still in peril. Votes 11 & 12,  McCarthy  STILL comes up short on votes to make him Speaker of the House. It seems to me McCarthy has no soul. I say this because a soulful mindful person would have known this was not for him, he was not going to get the votes to move on, and who the heck is this guy from FL?  A suspect in the brutal slaying of 4 Idaho students is in custody and extradited from PA to ID. "There's someone here": Surviving roommate heard Idaho murder victim and saw a masked man in the home a police affidavit says.
