The winners were revealed at the 31st Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards this Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Las Vegas Orleans Arena. Produced by Central City Productions, the awards show honored the best of music's artists, writers and industry professionals, with rousing and spirit-filled performances.

Anthony Brown & group therAPy won 10 awards making Stellar Awards history. The Baltimore native who serves as Assitant Minister of Music as First Baptist Church of Glenarden gave all honor to God as he and his group brought him wins from their sophomore album, "Everyday Jesus." Their single "Worth" was named Song of the Year. Brown and Justin Savage were named Producer of the year for "Everyday Jesus."

Detroit born Keithron Powell is the Pastor of Victory In Praise Outreach Ministries, in Jacksonville, FL. which was founded in 2009. He is the founder of a production company, two radio stations iGospel Music and iGospel Word, the Independent Gospel Artist Radio Alliance (IGARA), which helps independent artist and their careers and has produced CD's for Coretta McQueen, a local artist and Teresa Powell, his wife. The CD's received a total of 7 nominations for the 2013 Rhythm of Gospel Awards. Coretta's title song "Freedom" has been featured on both the Steve Harvey and Yolanda Adams' Morning Shows. Keith has written and continues to write jingles, intros/outros for radio and television for numerous companies and ministries, as well as songs for other artists and play wrights. In addition to being a musician he is also a self-published author with 6 books to his credit.

Teresa G. Powell is a singer, songwriter and musician and music producer who ministers in music workshops, seminars and conferences and various events worldwide. She is also the author of two books, “Preparing an Atmosphere for True Worship” and “Make Worship Count”.

Born in Harlem, NY and was raised in Mt. Vernon, NY. I graduated from Mt. Vernon High School and also

went to Shaw University for 1year and Mercy College for 1year as well.

I started out in the health industry as a manager of a health food store in Mt. Vernon, NY for 3 years. The

store was called Sunbeam Health Food Store in the late 80’s. I also I became the Assistant Director of a

Holis+c Health Center in Brooklyn in the Crown Heights area, the center was called Heal Thyself. This was

done in the middle 80”s I was a director there for 3 1/2 years. I also started my own Holis+c Health

Center out of my home in Mt. Vernon for about 4 years it was called the Fountain Of Health Holis+c

Healing Center.

NYC Amazing Holistic Health Expo is working on starting a movement to reawaken people to natural

medicine that is not as dangerous to the human body. Not only the physical remedy but also looking at

the spiritual & mental aspect of healing the individual and the community we live in and the world

community as well. It may sound like a huge task but we really don’t know the spiritual ability that we

are capable of achieving. Once we tap into the God Given Ability that lies dormant within us then we can

truly bring about true change.

If you have discovered the most important thing (which is Jesus), then it is only normal to want to share the most important thing with others!  As Believers, we are called and commanded to share our experience of Jesus with others.     

Matthew 28:19-20 lays the foundation for our sharing.  It says, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”  Witnessing is not an option for the Christian.  He is our example.  He came and laid down his life for ours and set for us an example of how we are to do the same.
