From an early age Patrick Carter had a competitive personality, which was funnel through playing scrum half in the sport of Rugby. When the team started to let Pat down, he turned his attention to Taekwondo where he excelled as a fighter. The Motivated Martial Artist Jackson White and Gavin Cook speak with the inspirational Rosi Sexton. Rosi was born in France, moved to Britain at a young age, grew up and received her education in the United Kingdom. She was awarded a first in mathematics and was also awarded a PhD in Theoretical Computer Science by the University of Manchester, following which she trained in osteopathy, receiving a degree in that subject. She currently practices as an osteopath in the midlands area of the UK. Rosi has been involved in martial arts since being a teen and holds dan grades in jujutsu and Tae Kwon Do. Having made the decision to compete in MMA she became an early pioneer for female MMA fighters and has fought in Cage Warriors and UFC. This incredible lady gives a fascinating insight into her life then and now and is not to be missed.
