Alfie Lewis was a world recognised and feared competitor respected by his opponents in equal measure. Known as the Animal, he was ferocious fighter with a winning instinct which helped to become legend of the British and world Martial Arts scene. Off the mats he is a revered gentleman and an ambassador for free-style Karate, running his club, the Mushin Kai Freestyle Karate Club in Liverpool. This week the motivated martial artist Jackson White & Gavin Cook feature another of taekwondo great ladies’ champions Jane Lambert. Jane has been there done it & got the T shirt, her tournament record is a simply outstanding. She is a 5 times world champion 8 times British champion and a member of the TAGB National squad for many years and a member of possibly the most successful TAGB ladies black belt team in the history of the TAGB & Taekwondo International. Jane is also a 6th degree black belt and one of the most senior lady instructors in the TAGB and a driving force in the west of England. Jane is also a holistic coach, and her Schools in Burnham on sea Cheddar and Portishead produce students of outstanding quality on a consistent basis

The Motivated Martial Artists Jackson White and Gavin Cook catch up with Taekwondo’s Ray Gayle. The 8th Dan is a former British and European champion, Chairman of the Professional Unification of Martial Arts (PUMA), inspiration and mentor to many students and general all-round nice guy.  Growing up in the south west of England, Ray set out on his martial arts journey with his long time Friend and Martial Arts partner Mark Orgborne . The two embarked on a journey which would become a guiding path in their lives. This week we hear from one side of the legendary friendship and gain a fantastic insight into a legendary martial artist. 

This week the motivated martial artists Jackson White & Gavin Cook speak to Martial Arts author, speaker and mentor John Graden. John is a bestselling author and inductee into the Self-Publishing Hall of Fame and the Millionaire Author's Club.  Like millions of other kids at the peak of the Bruce Lee kung fu boom, he joins a karate school where he hopes that the combination of thought-provoking wisdom and nut-busting techniques would help him break out of his shell. Like most students John idolized his deadly black belt instructors only to discover that they were involved in drugs, perverted sex, and even murder.
