Arvid Kahl is a bootstrapper, author, podcaster, builder in public, and generally a great person to chat with for an hour about all of these topics! His background is in software development, and in 2019 he sold FeedbackPanda a company he built with his partner. Since then he’s been focusing on helping other entrepreneurs via building in public, a podcast and two books: the embedded entrepreneur and zero to sold.
There’s a lot to learn from Arvid’s writing but I just enjoyed our in depth conversation on how to build, what sharing your journey is like and fantasy novels.
In this conversation we discuss:
You can find Arvid online:

Liz is the head of marketing at Hetz Ventures and a long time marketing pro, leading marketing since the early 2000's through today. In this conversation we dove into what being an authentic person online is like, how it feels and how to 'do it'.
Liz sheds light on what it was like in the earlier days of social media and why things have shifted from being authentic and a 'person' online to being a 'persona'.

Today I’m speaking with Jessie van Breugel, the founder of Realigned Coaching and an avid digital creator. Jessie has a fascinating entrepreneurial journey that I wanted to dive into including traveling, writing, building in public and helping others. Solo creators are becoming a powerhouse of growth in the economy, but it’s not easy and requires unique skill sets and being a learning powerhouse - especially since you’re the one stop shop of your business. And Jessie helps people do exactly that. A topic we covered in depth in our conversation. Enjoy!
We discuss:

Noah’s journey in many ways embodies the modern learning arc for so many of us. He graduated in 2016 with a background in computer science, and started his career as a developer. He quickly found himself building all kinds of different things and products, and completed the journey from developer to indie product builder, entrepreneur and founder.
His learning journey forced him to cover marketing and distribution, product management. We cover:

Ramsri Golla does many things: he’s the founder of an NLP edtech startup named Questgen, he’s a data scientist and AI engineer, a course instructor on Udemy and Maven and has probably completed more online courses than anyone I know! I wanted to chat with Ramsri about all things related to teaching, learning and the online creator world. We covered:

This week is the first episode of a new podcast we're launching: Ethereum Audible, where I’ll be reading the papers, research and articles of the Ethereum ecosystem.
Listen on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/2QFr1GJjynogvNhidkoFl4?si=V0e6uLqgSfmY3X9YwdEdTA
Listen on Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/il/podcast/ethereum-audible/id1590744686
Why am I doing this?
The web 3 rabbit hole is a real things and I’ve been fascinated by it over the past few years. But I’ve yet to find a good resource out there that dives in depth into the great papers, research and thought leadership out there on the Ethereum ecosystem. And now is the time to explore it. The Ethereum ecosystem is gearing up for some massive changes over the coming months; Layer 2 scaling, the merge of the proof of stake and proof of work chain and eventually sharding.
It’s tough to tell what’s fake and what’s not, so I’ll be reading the best in Ethereum so that you can decide.
This episode is brought to you by Alpe Audio. Want to learn on the go but need more depth than a podcast? Alpe is the app for you. It’s an audio education app that brings great in depth courses that are as fun as podcasts but as educational as well, a degree. Each lesson comes with summaries, additional resources, flash cards and more. You can even find Ethereum Audible on Alpe with all those additional resources.
Michelle is the co founder of Typedream, a simply amazing website builder that I’ve been using recently. While Typedream is fantastic, if you read Michelle’s Twitter thread for how their team founded Typedream, it wasn’t all smooth sailing: they started out with Govest, which turned into a new company, Cotter, which eventually led to Typedream.
Michelle's been sharing the Typedream journey in great Twitter threads and that's the subject we dive into in our discussion: why she shares what she shares, how building in public is another co-founder, the reasons behind it, time allocation and why some things don't get shared.
You can follow Michelle on Twitter: @michwirantono or connect with Typedream @typedreamHQ
